He was very professional and answered questions thruthfully so I felt comfortable asking the questions that I didn't know the answers to and trusting him. He spent 3 hrs with me and showed me every detail of the car and how to operate every device. He did this again when I picked up the car to make sure I felt very comfortable. My next car will also be an Infinity and the salesman will also be Bill Durfee !! More

I've purchased my second car from Infinity of MV. I normally work with the service guy there (Jerry). Other than changing his name to somethin i can spell, he is friendly, outgoing and does a good job normally work with the service guy there (Jerry). Other than changing his name to somethin i can spell, he is friendly, outgoing and does a good job of advising on what is needed. He is even sympathetic to cost issues (i'm cheap and he knows it). I recently bought a new G37 when i sold my FX35 and he was spot on about what my impressions of the G37 would be after driving the FX. I like the G37, but loved the FX. While i didn't have a lick of mechanical problems with my FX, I had almost all of my major services done at Infinity of MV. I see no reason to change with the G37. More

Jerry Pagliassotti has great customer service skills. He did everything he said he would in the time he said he would. Even though I did not have an appointment, a rental car was available and it only cost did everything he said he would in the time he said he would.
