Love the new JX35 we purchased at Infiniti MV. We had Jeremy Hagan as our sales guy and he was nice and I truly felt he got us the beat deal!! He was honest and patient. The front desk was too. However, he's been very patient with me and put a great effort in order to satisfy our target price. After all, I was very happy with the price point and their offering! After the price is set, everything else was as they say..."truly exceptional". Vehicle tour, test driving, auto detailing, financing paperwork, etc. everything has been completed in timely and professional manner. Jeremy came into office to go through all this even though it was his day off! I definitely recommend Jeremy for purchasing a car at the Infiniti dealer! More

The car I was trading in, was looked at right away and they gave me the best deal I could get given my circumstance. Jeremy worked hard and even stayed later than he was supposed too. If there is one thing I hate, it is waiting for service on my vehicle! However, this has never happened at Mission Viejo Infiniti. I get a reminder call that my vehicle is due for service, I call in and se on my vehicle! However, this has never happened at Mission Viejo Infiniti. I get a reminder call that my vehicle is due for service, I call in and set up an appointment (when I want), drop off the car on the way to work, and pick up my loaner. My personal service rep - Jerry Pagliassotti - knows my car and my driving habits! He might recommend additional services, but he will alway tell you whether or not you "should" have the service or "can do without" the service. He is honest, and always follows-up on the service performed. He goes beyond doing what is "necessary" for the car. As an example, I recently traded in my 2004 G35 coupe for a 2013 G37 coupe. At delivery Jerry went over the car and decided the finish wasn't "smooth" enough and so he asked me to bring the car back into service so he could have it "clay-barred". No charge, no hassel. But what a difference it made to the finish of the car! Thanks Jerry! More
