I have been going to Infiniti of Mission Viejo for the last 5 years. I would like to thank them and specifically Jerry Pagliassotti for always going above and beyond when it comes to service. I went to the dealership one last time for service before my move to Houston and Jerry went out of his way to provide me with Infiniti dealership phone numbers along my drive in case anything bad happened and even recommended a route for me to take. Jerry has always come to greet me upon arrival and has provided extrememly clear explanation of services needed. After meeting him once I knew I could trust him, which is extremely important to me. My car continues to run great because the quality of service, it has not broken down once. On a side note, the tire prices here are extremely competitve which greatly suprised me for a dealership and there is great popcorn in the lobby. More

After 2 months of nonsense with a different make/model dealership, I stopped in at the Infiniti Mission Viejo and explained my situation to the internet sales guy Jeremy Hagen. He told me he would let me know that day what he can do for me or more importantly if he couldn't help me. He called me back directly....not through a someone else. That day he put me in a white/wheat JX 35 and got me out of the black/black Armada that I didn't want in the first place. Two days into my new car I'd say i got a good deal and my needs have been met.
