I am a Connecticut resident, and while recently visiting my sister in California I admired her "bling" license plate frame. He went above and beyond in customer service, sending me photos of all my different choices, explaining the craftsmanship of the plate frames, and contacting me with tracking information to let me know when I could expect my new "bling" plates.
