Robert gave me an attractive offer and hunted down the color and S version I wanted. The whole process was so smooth I guess I was amazed at how well it went. This summer my wife decided she wanted a new car and we went a Toyota dealer. We weren't happy with the product or the dealer. It dawned on me I was driving her favorite car(she would make excuses to run errands just to drive it). I called Robert from the Toyota dealer to see if he still had G37's. He said yes and the next day he had the features and color my wife wanted. He gave me a great deal on the lease and I picked up the car the following day. Again the experience was so smooth I was still amazed. Robert gave me the same immediate attention and covered every detail that made my wife very happy. Best experience ever My husband and I were looking for an Infiniti G37 sedan for me. We had test driven a 2008 G37 Sports Coupe and realized Infiniti was for us but decid My husband and I were looking for an Infiniti G37 sedan for me. We had test driven a 2008 G37 Sports Coupe and realized Infiniti was for us but decided to stick to our original target - a sedan. I saw the "perfect" car online and sent an email in the middle of the night...couldn't get any sleep with thoughts of Infinit's swirling around in my head! Mission Viejo was fairly closeby. I received a response first thing in the morning via email, as well as a voicemail message, from our sales consultant Karim Tejani. We set up a time that Saturday and the rest is history. Everyone there was so warm and friendly, a very relaxed atmosphere, absolutely no pressure. Why would there be? It's a great car, but beyond that, Karim knows and loves the car, drives one himself, and he went through everything on the car as if we had already purchased it. He did not rush through anything and took the extra time to make sure we understood it all. His knowledge has no limits! So after he answered our questions and showed us quite a few things, he sent us on our test drive. There was no time limit. He said to take as long as we needed so we could really get a feel for the car. Saying it's a great car is an understatement...this was luxury! When we got back to the dealership, our mind was made up. We wanted that 2009 Infiniti G37 sedan, and the price was right. It wasn't inflated, and we felt no need to start "negotiating." Karim did go over some extras, which did bump up the price, and when we declined all but one, there wasn't a hint of irritation or displeasure after spending all the time explaining everything. He came back with a quote including the one extra item we wanted, and we signed the papers. They gave us a fantastic rate (of course, it depends on your credit)! Michael is the finance guy, and he is just as friendly and knowledgable in finance. Karim then took us on a tour of the dealership, introduced us to people we would be dealing with going forward, and we picked up gifts at each stop. I have to say this was not only painless, it was fun, enjoyable, truly a pleasure. We never looked at the time, never felt pressure, never second guessed anything, and felt really taken care of. We left the car over the weekend to have the protectant added (the extra item), and when we arrived on Monday, my car was sitting there sparkling clean with a full tank of gas and ready to go. We already know that we will give Karim a call if we want another Infiniti (and I think they do sell a few other types in their pre-owned lot), and we will go to Karim for any future car needs. I've already had several phone chats and emails about various things, and Karim is always happy to help. You can hear it in his voice. It wasn't just a one-day shopping experience, it's a relationship that will continue. I can't recommend them highly enough, and I hope I haven't left anything out. After realizing how truly difficult it was to actually locate the vehicle within a reasonable distance from my community, I lowered my standards just a bit and included Non-certified cars in my search. To sum up: I found the exact vehicle I wanted online from Mission Viejo Infiniti and was truly amazed - not only at the "fair" price that I eventually paid, but with the incredible service I received from the dealership. I dealt primarily with Karim (Internet Sales Manager) a fellow hockey fan and a person that I can see being friends with moving forward! In addition to being a heck of a cool guy, he took me around to all the "pertinent" dealership departments and personally introduced me to his team!
