Loaner are scarcely provided and are provided to customers in filthy condition. Interior is dirty, dusty, stained and unsanitary! Never had to go into a dealer to buyout a lease. Bought out my Jaguar this year without going in. I also had $140 added to payoff because we supposedly missed payoff by one day which was never communicated out my Jaguar this year without going in. I also had $140 added to payoff because we supposedly missed payoff by one day which was never communicated to us. They made us pay another months of interest instead of 1 day. They could have told us they don’t use a per diem per day before it was already too late. Poor overall experience. More

Making appointment was easy. Just wish the estimated time for service was more accurate. An oil change w/tire rotation should not take that long when you’re waiting.
