We had recently received a 20% off any recommended service coupon. Recommended were brake pads and brake fluid flush. When I advised we had the coupon, I was told it was inapplicable to pads because service coupon. Recommended were brake pads and brake fluid flush. When I advised we had the coupon, I was told it was inapplicable to pads because they were already discounted. Really? The coupon says NOTHING about any such exclusion. Then when I sought to apply it to the brake flush I was assured it would work for, cashier had to get service advisor involved to get discount applied (and frankly I question ever it was as there was an odd change line that added the virtual amount of the discount before subtracting it. This after we’d left vehicle two days for this basic service despite having made an appointment for same. I left the car at 0700 for service and after it was there for over 6 hours, called to be advised they were getting to it. I assumed you might be short staffed (like everybody else) but why make a service appointment and be the second car in line at 0700 if it takes most the day to even look at the car and two days for a two hour job? More

Jerry is great with staying on top of our two cars service and repair needs. He always accommodates our schedule whether we call him in advance or have same day requests. I went there to fix my front side car windows and after 3 times visiting and then keeping the vehicle for multiple days each time. They said they can’t fix a simple window problem.
