The service appointment process through the website was easy and fast; Tom, our service rep is knowledgeable and courteous but I am only giving 4 stars because they failed to notice there was a issue when easy and fast; Tom, our service rep is knowledgeable and courteous but I am only giving 4 stars because they failed to notice there was a issue when reconnecting a plug that triggered a Check Engine light to go on and the A/C to stop working. Had to return the car to the shop and wait for them to investigate for a root cause and get it fixed More

I’ve been to Infiniti Mission Viejo multiple times in the past with other advisors but this time Gerry was my service advisor. He was extremely helpful & accommodating to my vehicle’s needs. My work schedule past with other advisors but this time Gerry was my service advisor. He was extremely helpful & accommodating to my vehicle’s needs. My work schedule is demanding & so I asked if I could drop my car off around lunchtime as long as it could be done by the time I am off work, he said it would be no problem at all. A few hours later, I received a call saying it was done!! He prioritized & accommodated me, all in a very timely manner. I would recommend Gerry to anyone looking for a Service Advisor who not only takes care of your vehicle, but you as well.
