I feel that this dealer is the best in SoCal. I have tried them all. This is for sales and service. That being said there have been a couple changes that caused me to wait over 3 hours for an oil chang tried them all. This is for sales and service. That being said there have been a couple changes that caused me to wait over 3 hours for an oil change and a new battery. Apparently the Express Oil Change has gone away. In addition they are closing the service department from 12:00 to 1:00 every day instead of staggering start times to provide better customer service. These are just 2 decisions I stumbled upon yesterday while I was at the dealer for 3 hours waiting for an oil change. These are recent changes that need to be addressed immediately. It looks to the customer like you don’t respect your customers time and are more operationally focused instead of customer focused. I have over 140,000 miles on my Infiniti and live in Chino Hills. I have driven to Mission Viejo for years for an oil change and could certainly have paid less than $268.00 for an oil change and a battery. I make this drive because I feel like my business is appreciated and I receive an excellent customer experience. Not the case yesterday, same great people and 1 new one that did an excellent job. These are management decisions that are not being made with a consideration for the customer. If the Owner would like some customer input I would gladly talk with him.
