Over and above service! Tom is always going out of his way to help me, get my car in quickly, keeps me updated on services I need and what mileage they need to be completed. The secretary super loving, even remembered and asked about my son moving to Vegas. I adore her! The sales manager took time to teach me how to use certain functions in my car for my Music, GPS & contacts screen. I can’t say enough about their customer service, I feel appreciated , listened to, cared for as a client & I always know if I have a question or don’t understand something they are there to help! Oh, they also surprised me and washed my car & not just on the outside! Mission Viejo Infiniti is seriously the BEST I’ve ever been to & won’t go anywhere else! More
