I called in yesterday inquiring about replacing 4 of my tires & an alignment. Gerry was my service advisor & he was extremely helpful! I had asked if I provide the tires, would they be able to install them tires & an alignment. Gerry was my service advisor & he was extremely helpful! I had asked if I provide the tires, would they be able to install them for me and his response, to my surprise, was yes! I needed to get this done ASAP & Gerry was very accommodating in getting me in same day. Upon arrival I was under the impression they were out of loan cars but he was able to provide me with one too! The loan car representative was very personable & kind as well. I was informed that by dropping off same day, my vehicle would not be completed until the next. A few hours later, I received a call from Gerry that it was complete!! It was overall an amazing experience. Gerry was attentive to my needs & even when I had asked to keep one of my tires, the techs wrapped it & placed it in my trunk. My vehicle is my baby & to know they handled it with care is relieving. Thanks again Gerry & team! More
