Tom Kiernan was very thorough in explaining to me what needed to be done and how the car symptoms I was experiencing were due to each of the items needing repair. Tom Kiernan's mechanical knowledge is outstanding and the service technicians have always done an excellent job. I have my car serviced at Infiniti of Mission Viejo instead of an Infiniti dealership 10 miles closer to my house because I trust and value the personal service and mechanical service that I receive at Infiniti of Mission Viejo.
