My Advisor is: Tom Kiernan, who has been excellent for me. I previously owned an Infiniti J30 before I purchased a QX60 in September of 2013. Wanted to buyout the lease from them- and they REQUIRED me to purchase some combination of an extended warranty, extended service plan and gap insurance that totals over $4000. I brought my own oil and my own filter and I was still charged $50 for labor which I think is ridiculous especially when six months ago I only paid $30 for labor how does it go up $20 within six months.
