Mission Mitsubishi has inside job going on as previously reported multiple catalytic converters we’re stolen from the dealership now they are being stolen from customers is it a coincidence my aunt and I ca reported multiple catalytic converters we’re stolen from the dealership now they are being stolen from customers is it a coincidence my aunt and I car were both vandalized the same night over 20 miles apart when we both purchased our vehicles from Mission and had them serviced late June also since the car is so new the dealership is the only place we can get it repaired they are getting the $4500 right back More
First off let me say Abraham and Tyson were a true pleasure to meet. They were attentive, honest, and not pushy. When we applied through the dealer we found someone to approve us. The rate was a super high APR through a Credit Acceptance company. We ended up signing however this "approval" was contingent on stipulations. After going home Friday evening I felt like I had made the wrong decision. I didn't have peace. We took the car back next day. Louis Gonzales was a nightmare. He comes in like he is Mr. Hot Shot. When I told him I would like to rescind the loan (wasn't final) he lied and said the deal has been funded and we can't pull it back. I had a co-signer ready to and wanted to get a better rate. He would not work with us. I told him I'd don't want to be driving a vehicle home I didn't want. He then told me if I left it he would have it towed and I would pay fees. THIS IS NOT TRUE, he's LYING. The contract takes days to finalize. Do not listen when they say the money is immediate. Louis laughed in my face when I said I would be contacting the ceo of the lender. I did exactly that. I contacted all VPs and CEO at the lender. They immediately cut the deal off. I also contacted the GM of Mission to give him a heads up. Louis of course called me ready to do the deal I had offered Saturday. Absolutely not! Lost my business. To laugh in my face, and make me out to be an idiot was not okay. I take car back and Louis can't even face me, he hides in the back. He is going to bring Mission Mitsubishi down, he is JUST the Director, that's it! Please know your options and escalate if you are in my situation. More

The scam artist salesman Wahed Alvez Al-Shalabi, the Finance department and this dealership participated in a straw purchase, fraud and elder abuse. They "sold" a car, received commission and now the finance company (Santander bank) is in the process of investigating this transaction. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable dealership who will give you a fair price and honest, transparent financing. More
No customer service after the sale! Learned now that Outlander transmissions are disposable (not repairable) and have KNOWN design flaws causing them to need replacement at 106,000 miles. Mission, where the car was purchased, took no accountability and their only interest was in trying to sell me another disposable car. I asked multiple times to talk to the GM, but was just passed to another salesman. Mitsubishi corporate has NO Customer Service Department, only a warranty department, that also was not willing to take any accountability for the flawed design or offer any Goodwill to partially contribute to the $8000 transmission replacement. If you buy a Mitsubishi, factor in to the price when comparing to other vehicles, a $8000 repair in 4 years. My first and last Mitsubishi purchase ever!! More

Wasn't offered extended warranty When I sent in they knew my credit rating sucked. Tried qualify me for 2018 but instead having to get a 2012 fiat. Within 2 weeks oil light came on. 5 weeks a.c. went out and they wouldn't fix no cost even though I haven't made my 2nd payment. Mgr was extremely rude on phone. Steve never returned my call and now I'm having check engine light come on and off. I was also told my first oil change would.be free. My car isn't the problem it's the service dept that is. And when your woman buying vehicle by yourself dont. I put 3;500 was also told I can upgrade in 6 months.. More
