A minor problem through the service department was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. They aim to please, they surely do. I love my new Passat Sedan and it's built like a brick house. I feel very safe and secure driving it. Love the Blue-tooth, no hands telephone feature and many other bells and whistles that I haven't learned to use yet.
