After receiving a quote from TrueCar.com, I came in to City Volkswagen and met with Christa de la Torre to test drive the two cars I had narrowed my s After receiving a quote from TrueCar.com, I came in to City Volkswagen and met with Christa de la Torre to test drive the two cars I had narrowed my search to - the Jetta TDI and Golf GTI. When I went down to South Bay Volkswagen to do the same thing, the salesperson thought I was some type of moron choosing between the two because they are so different. Luckily, Christa let me test drive the two cars so that I could make my final decision and answered my questions calmly without just throwing facts and specs at me like most car salespeople. I found the GTI of my choice and proceeded to an effortless buying experience using my True Car quote. Christa was easy and a pleasure to work with and really earned the commission on this sale. She even sat down with me and gave me a full walkthrough of my car's features and ensured that I knew how to work the primary features of the car. Ryan Lewis was also helpful in providing me some types about the GTI as he is an owner of one himself. Overall, it was a great buying experience and would recommend this dealership for anyone interested in a VW or Chevy. More

My first car. Ligia H. was our sales person. From the moment we drove in and made eye contact with Ligia you can tell she was going to be a pleasure to deal with. Ligia H. was our sales person. We were right, Ligia took her time explaining every detail and answering every question. Ligia knows her Volkswagons and current technology(blue tooth). WE must have been at the dealership for a few hours before the deal was closed, all that time Ligia made us feel as though we were hanging out with a family member. We had our Puggle Riley with us Ligia made him feel at home too. Everyone at the dealership loved Riley and kept him entertained while we crunched the numbers. I'm in the service industry and I pride myself on giving awesome customer service so I realy appreciate it when someone treats me with dignity and respect while making the experience fun and informative. Ligia did all that and more... I will never go to anyone else to buy my next car or any other dealership for that matter. I gave 4 starts for quality of work based on the detail car wash personal.
