I made an appointment for my car to see if the turbo was bad. First appointment on Friday at 3:30 pm it was too late in the day for them to check and I was told that I would need to run a whole diagnostics bad. Went back on Monday morning, as arranged on Friday, and the guy plugged my car in and was able to tell me it was not the turbo but something to due with my fuel. Then I was told that they could not get to it until noon, maybe. Even though I had an appointment at 8:00 am. They did not offer me a rental but suggested that I Uber or Lift home and they would let me know later in the day once they diagnosed it how long I would be without a vehicle and that then I could rent a car..... from enterprise. I have never been treated so poorly at a dealership. They lost my business for sure. More
Worst car buying experience ever! I saw a vehicle online and decided to go in, I should have walked away when I wasn't approached by a sales person. There were a few outside but I had to go inside to ask for help. Sergio came out and took me to the car I saw online. His answers were short and he wasn't really interested in my questions, he was mostly cutting me off. We went inside to discuss price and it was not what was online. We went back and forth on the price and why the amount advertised wasn't what I would be paying. He was pushing for me to fill out credit app and I wasn't even sure I wanted to buy yet. He was extremely pushy and ultimately unprofessional. He would walk away to "speak" to the mgr about the final price of the car. I could tell it was his tactic to keep me waiting, you could see they were wasting my time. I don't appreciate doing business with ppl like that. I probably would have purchased the car that day had he not been so unprofessional and rude. I am in talks with a very professional salesman at Bob Stall, I rather give them my business. More

Brought a NEW car with only 4 miles early 22'. Has had major issues every since. 1st time my car was kept 28 days to be "fixed". Now the transmission needs to be replaced and service dept. has ha Has had major issues every since. 1st time my car was kept 28 days to be "fixed". Now the transmission needs to be replaced and service dept. has had my car since October 23, 2023. I dont get updates, barely get responses to my inquiry or ETA on repairs. Havent heard back since 11/21. Cars are cars but customer service is everything. Dont know when Ill get my car returned....quickly approaching 60 days. More

Shane in parts went above and beyond helping to get a part out for me in AZ. He worked with me on how to get it out here and really took a customer first approach to the service that was way above standa part out for me in AZ. I don’t write reviews about places when I have a bad experience, but this dealership is special. Sold us a preowned 2017 Fusion with a multitude of issues. They’re unresponsive and look for the cheap an experience, but this dealership is special. Sold us a preowned 2017 Fusion with a multitude of issues. They’re unresponsive and look for the cheap and quick route to repair the issue to subside it for the time being. I highly discourage doing business with this dealership. I have nothing good to say about them. I wish we could roll back the deal and forget we ever did business with them. More
We were so happy and thrilled the way Rodrigo "worked the numbers" for us to get us the car we wanted. He explained everything in detail and the whole time was so very patient with the deluge of questions we numbers" for us to get us the car we wanted. Also, Ari, the financial guy who drew up the paper work explained every sheet in detail and made certain we understood it all before we signed each page. He was a joy to work with and didn't try to sell us the "extras that bring the price of the vehicle up. Nice job guys. VERY nice job!! More
