I recently purchased a pre-owned certified 2020 Chevy Silverado from your dealership on September 17, 2024, paying cash for the truck. Shortly after leaving, the check engine light began flashing for about 10 seconds. I returned the next day, and the service representative noted that the light appeared on the truck's computer. While they couldn’t replicate the issue, they suggested it might have been a temporary short caused by their engine cleaning process. Unfortunately, the situation escalated. Just two days later, the truck started hesitating, and the RPMs began jumping. I brought it back on September 24, 2024. Last Friday, I was told the spark plugs would be replaced at no charge, but then I received a call saying they wanted to drop the transmission pan to check for metal debris and that the spark plugs hadn’t yet been replaced. On September 30, I reached out to the service rep for an update. He mentioned that the technician had provided a report and that they still wanted to drop the transmission pan and replace the spark plugs, pending manager approval. Later that day, the service rep informed me they would replace two spark plugs and perform a transmission flush. After escalating to a service manager and getting approval from a sales manager, I finally secured the replacement of all eight spark plugs and a transmission flush. I was told the truck would be ready for pickup on October 2 at 10 AM. When that time came and went, I texted your service rep at noon to check in. He mentioned the technician needed to test drive the truck. After following up again at 1 PM, I was told they had just started the transmission flush. I asked about the 10 AM pickup time and requested escalation to a manager. I was told, “I will get this handled,” but instead of hearing from a manager, I received another call from the service rep, saying they were getting my truck up to temperature for a test drive. Eventually, I was informed they couldn’t test drive it due to traffic on the 5 Freeway. I finally picked up my truck on October 3rd and specifically asked the service rep to wash it and add gas since it had been drained during test drives. He mentioned a gas station nearby, but I explained that I would be picking it up during lunch and wouldn’t have time. He assured me he would add $20 worth of gas, but when I arrived, the tank was completely empty (see attached photo). This has been the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership, and it has made me hesitant to recommend your services. Throughout this process, I felt that none of the employees showed empathy for my situation or offered a positive solution. More

I told him the price I wanted to pay and he was able to work out a deal I was happy with. I had to leave to pick up the kids and he delivered the car to my house with the final sales paperwork. I probably spent a total of three hours at the dealership (including test drives) and had the car the same day. Highly recommend! More

I made an appointment for my car to see if the turbo was bad. First appointment on Friday at 3:30 pm it was too late in the day for them to check and I was told that I would need to run a whole diagnostics bad. Went back on Monday morning, as arranged on Friday, and the guy plugged my car in and was able to tell me it was not the turbo but something to due with my fuel. Then I was told that they could not get to it until noon, maybe. Even though I had an appointment at 8:00 am. They did not offer me a rental but suggested that I Uber or Lift home and they would let me know later in the day once they diagnosed it how long I would be without a vehicle and that then I could rent a car..... from enterprise. I have never been treated so poorly at a dealership. They lost my business for sure. More
