I was recommended by a family member to Mirak for body work needed on my mercedes sedan. Mirak not being a Mercedes dealership I was skeptical on how the final product would come out. I was going on vacation and brought the car down last minute (week before )to see if they could accomadate me and Bruce was wonderful. He said that he could take care of the car while I was on vacation and gave me an estimate in a manner of minutes. The car came out beautiful, I would highly recommend Bruce and Mirak for any type of Service required, friendly and professional. A great experience. More
Living in a new area finding a location to service my vehicle was a daunting task. I asked around and had heard good things about the Mirak Service department. I made an appoinment and showed up as soo vehicle was a daunting task. I asked around and had heard good things about the Mirak Service department. I made an appoinment and showed up as soon as the service department opened at 9. I spoke with Paul who was very friendly and accomadating, he took my information and I waited while a technician diagnosed my problem. About 30 minutes later, the technician had diagnosed my problem and Paul offered the courtesy shuttle to help me get a ride home. I was kept up to date on progress throughout the day and was lucky to find that the problem was under warantee and fixed within one day. Not only did they do a great job repairing my car, but they also found an underlying problem that needed to be fixed, also without charge. This service department, and Paul in particular went above and beyond in all aspects of service, I will never take my car elsewhere for work, even routine maintence. More
Called ahead of time and asked if they needed an 07 Chevy Malibu, and they said YES, come on in to get appraised. Came in, they appraised and rejected the car (there is nothing wrong with the car), and I tol Malibu, and they said YES, come on in to get appraised. His answer was an excuse, so I won't bother referring anyone to their dealership. They don't understand that when a dealership is rude, they won't get any referrals. I live in Cambridge, so it wasn't an issue coming in regarding distance, however, being busy I felt that my time was wasted, and I agree with the rating that "Eternity" gave, they weren't friendly at all, they acted as if they were being bothered. If they were bothered, why tell the person on the phone that they could definitely use an 07 Chevy Malibu? How do they know that eventually I would buy another car. More
Our 2007 Hyundai Sonata has been great since the purchase back two years ago. I found the left-side mirror was a bit loose recently, it seemed like someone hit and run in the parking lot. We came to Mirak, t back two years ago. I found the left-side mirror was a bit loose recently, it seemed like someone hit and run in the parking lot. We came to Mirak, talked with Craig, he checked the mirror up thoroughly and explained to us that the plastic part underneath was broken. Then he replaced the broken part for us right after without charge even though this is not under warranty! We were so pleased. Craig has been very friendly, patient and knowledgeable, we had a great experience at Mirak. More
I have given all 5's or "excellents" because my experience with Myrak Service and Bill Hayes is always wonderful. Bill is extremely knowledgeable about cars. He possesses a great attitude toward customers, something not found easily these days. I have had two Hyundai automobiles in the last ten years, and my third will be a Hyundai. Twice I have been to Mirak for body work and they did an outstanding job in repairing the damage (car looks like new). While my car was in the body shop, they found a service issue which needed repair, something which I had asked about at another auto shop when I had my oil changed but got no answer about. I have since returned to the service department to have the car repaired and plan on going there for my service from now on. The shop is at a convenient location (on the bus line) and they have a van to drive customers after they drop their cars off for repair. Staff is friendly and very helpful, taking time to answer any and all questions. More
I had a 98 Toyota that was significantly damaged during a snow storm by a new driver. I never like going to delaerships because they make you feel like a number, but Not at Mirak!!! Sarah Was right. Within 30 seconds of arriving I wasnt just with a receptionist or a a customer service rep, I was with the body shop manager! He didnt ask about the car at first he was concerned about me. Bruce The body shop manger asked about my job, my schedule, and my car needs before he looked at the damage. He mad me feel like the only customer in the store and all the attention was on me. Bruce took my Keys put me in a loaner car and told me not to worry about amything! I moved on with my Life and Bruce took care of everything. He spoke with the insurance Company, dealt with the rental, and called me every day to keep me posted on the progress. To my surprise The car was done sooner than Bruce first estimated. When I arrived at Mirak to pick up my Toyota it looked better than when i first bought it (i bought it used). I was never so pleasanty surprised. I would Highly reccomend Mirak Collision center It was pleasant experience for what would normally and should normally be a pain and a inconvenient experience. I can not say enough good things aout the Mirak Collision center and the great job the Bruce Traibor does servicing the body shop customers. OH and they had Fresh minchkins in the waitng room!!! yeah Mirak More
Mirak's Service department is the reason we've purchased 8 chevrolets and had them serviced there over the past 25 years. I brought my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe to the dealership for service on the emergency brake. I spoke with Service Manager Craig Tedeschi who went "above and beyond" to see that the problem was rectified,and it service on the emergency brake. I was escorted the waiting area which was very pleasant and clean. T.V., hot coffee, doughnuts and plenty of reading material. I have been to other dealerships in the past and they can't compare with the service I recieved at Mirak Hyundai. It was a very pleasant expericence, and I would recomend Mirak Hyundai to anyone. I had an appointment for the 30k miles service today and was it was a very enjoyable start to the day. My serviceman was polite, courteous and indeed very helpful in assisting me. I had also arranged to have a loaner car with one of the coupons I had received in the mail and that too went without a flaw. Bill noticed that my inspection sticker was outdated and suggested that an inspection be performed on their premises which I found absolutely great. One less thing for me to think about! The car was ready for me at a time conveniently arranged prior in the morning. The whole service didn't feel like the ordeal I would have had at another Chevrolet dealer. Thanks again and I look forward to the next service! More
