Mirak Chevrolet Hyundai responded

We are very sorry to hear about your experience here. We make every effort to ensure a low pressure, comfortable and informative buying experience for all of our guests. Be assured we understand your feelings regarding the window sticker prices on all vehicles versus the often lower advertised prices found online. Our reasoning is this; our online ad prices usually become lower as the need to sell them becomes greater due to vehicle aging or higher inventory levels. It’s not uncommon for an automotive retailer to lower the ad price of a vehicle multiple times before it’s finally sold. We at Mirak pride ourselves on trying to have the lowest advertised priced on ALL our cars in the market! However the window sticker remains constant with manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) or book value in the case of pre-owned vehicles. I hope this clears up the confusion of the two prices, it by no way is meant to be deceptive. Thank you for sharing your experience as all forms of feedback are not only appreciated, but allow for continuous improvement. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly. Matt Thompson Chevrolet Sales Manager
