I had brought my wife's newer model Chevy Malibu in to the dealership where we had originaly purchased it, in need of two front tires and because of a knocking noise the steering wheel was making . After making an appointment to come in and then given the run around about how these things "happen", the mechanic returned no more than a few minutes later with an outragious estimate in hand claiming that I would not find a better price for the work needed. I just couldnt see spending that kind of money on a "new" car that had been serviced regularly and had fairly low milage. A friend highly recomended Mirak Chevrolet-Hyundai in Arlington and what an experience! They were able to accomodate my busy schuedule and saw me the very next day. I worked mainly with Phil Zullo who could have not been any more thorough and professional (as it turned out some of the work was still covered under warrenty!) The estimate I was given was more than reasonable and Phil made it a point to have it done quickly and done right! I felt like I was their number 1 priority and that my business was important to them, which in my experience, is not always the case with larger dealerships. To say I am impressed is an understatement! I will bring all my future service needs to Mirak and will pass along this experience to my friends and family. Thank you Mirak! -J.W. More
Craig and his service team worked very hard to complete our repair needs. Most specifically Craig worked with the GM area manger to cover replacement costs on a faulty rear bumper. Ken started at the beginning with letting us test ride various models and was extremely patient in doing so. He is laid back, friendly and very knowledgeable, great qualities in a salesperson. He has a great future ahead of him! We did not feel pressured and made our decision based on research and test rides and bought a beautiful Elantra Touring. Tim Moore in finance was equally down to earth. When we had an issue that needed to be addressed, he was very helpful and said "We want you to be happy." I think that this is the way Mirak operates and is the reason why we will have our service taken care of by them as well. More

I was looking to buy a new car and on a recommendation of a friend, I decided to visit Mirak Hyundai. Upon arrival I was met by Ken Wright and glad I did. Ken was great from the start. He was friendly, informed and most of all , kept my needs and wants in mind. He did not pressure me in any way. Quite the opposite. He took his time to explain the differences in the models I was interested in and answered all my questions. After some added research and contacting other dealers, I ended up where I knew I would...back to Ken and Mirak. He was as patient as he was helpful, professional and sincere. To be honest, I am sure I drove him crazy but he never let on and continued to show patience and courtesy. I finally settled on my 2009 Elantra GLS. I also met with Business Manager Tim Moore. Once again, I was met by a professional, friendly and helpful person. Tim helped me with my financing, explaining all options and never pressured me into purchasing anything I did not need. When I picked up my car, Ken helped me through all the dreaded registration paperwork and also introduced me to Paul DiFeo in the Service department. Paul was as friendly and professional and made me feel at ease and valued as a customer. I highly recommend Mirak Hyundai and will continue to do business with them to have my new Elantra maintained and serviced. More
I brought my car in for bodywork caused by an accident that was the other guys fault. He kept me informed throughout the whole process, from estimate, to ordering my parts, to the estimated time my car would be ready. When I picked up my car I almost didn't recognize it. Not only was the body work impeccable but the paint job made my car look better than when I rolled it off the sales lot 10 years ago! And to my surprise they had cleaned every inch of my car as well -- we're talking inside and out (including getting the rust off my tire rims). The ease of working with this dealership and the frieldly atmosphere, coupled with the beautiful work they did have turned me into a customer should I ever need work again. More
I bought my car 0n 5-6-09 the day i picked it up it was making a low wineing noise the salesman told me they just installed a new belt and it would probably decrease when the belt breaks in. Was surprised to see so many complimentary reviews for Mirak on this site. It looks staged to me. Make sure you check them out to get the whole picture and a more accurate one of this dealer. Quite the bad sales experience here. What I found hard to believe is that they actually have two different prices on cars there: the list price on the car in the lot and a totally different one listed on their website for the same vehicle. This is when the salesman offers you the price listed on the web (the lesser price of the two) and actually acts like he's doing you a favor. I believe the salesman did use the word "favor" too. Never heard of two prices on the same car before. Didn't appreciate this slick sales tactic and got out of there quick! I ended up going to another dealer who had only one price for a vehicle of the same make and model and you could actually get a good deal. More
