I was involved in a Hit and Run in Arlington MA, My beautiful car was ruined.. I knew I only wanted to work with a Hyundai Dealer and Mirak was there. The office staff and the techs working on the car were extremely sympathetic, concerned and very professional. They kept me informed of the status and progress. They helped me with my insurance company and got me my car back in what I thought was a short period of time. And the car was "like new". Very impressive. Ken Wright (sales) and Tim Moore (business manager) managed to facilitate purchase of a new Elantra without that salesman-y energy we're all use to experiencing at dealerships.
