I wanted no hassles and no high pressure sales tactics when purchasing my new Hyundai, so I found the dealer rating website from google and researched the dealers near me and even though their was a anoth when purchasing my new Hyundai, so I found the dealer rating website from google and researched the dealers near me and even though their was a another dealer the next town over I decided to go with Mirak since they've been around since 1936 and found nothing negative about them on dealerrater.com. I dealt with Jonathan Buck and he was honest and straightforward and laid back through the whole process (I hadn't bought a new vehicle since 1994 so I took my time and made a couple of visits and asked questions via e-mail before making any decisions)and when it came time to make a deal, it was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with at Mirak were very friendly and helpful and I would definetely recommend them. More
I went to this dealership to attempt to get my dashboard fixed, it had cracked in 2 places over the passenger airbag, turns out that with my factory warranty beign expried and the extended warranty I purcha fixed, it had cracked in 2 places over the passenger airbag, turns out that with my factory warranty beign expried and the extended warranty I purchased not covering the dashboard I would have to pay around $900 to replace it. I then spoke to the service manager and and a service rep and they called GM and over the span of a few days they managed to have GM assist in the cost of the replacement of the dash. I only had to pay a $250 deductable and my dash is now good as new! I didnt even purchase my vehicle here, as my dealership closed, and they still worked very hard to make me satisfied, I was very impressed with the quality of customer service all parties involved gave me. I would highly recommend Mirak Hyundai to anyone. I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Elantra (which I love). This was my first time purchasing a car, so I was a little uneasy about the stereotypical harassing of car salesmen I've heard so much about, however, at Mirak, I was pleasantly surprised to find this was not the case. My experience at this dealership was stress and hassle free. The customer service was great -- Ken was friendly and informative. Other sales personnel I encountered were equally as cordial. I know very little about cars, and Ken answered each of my many questions earnestly and with ease. It was apparent that he not only knows the cars well, but has complete confidence in their worth. Going forward, I feel completely comfortable going back with any questions or concerns with my new car. More
