I did not know much about the American car insurance market, and he was with me all day long to visit local insurance agent's offices. It might have been very time consuming, but he was friendly from the beginning all to the end. I would definately recommend this dealer to any one that are going to buy a Hyundai car in Boston area. I was able to make an appointment the next day, and met Jonathan, who was able to show me the perfect car for my budget. Jonathan showed me a great certified-used Saturn Ion, with low mileage and within the budget I had for a car. Jonathan was friendly, and made everything extremely easy for a first-time buyer. Jonathan and the sales crew was able to work with the bank to help me finance the car, and laid out all of my options clearly. The best part was that the license and registration fees were included in the purchase, and that my car would be ready immediately. Many times sales people feel like they have a sale "in the bag" because the customer has purchased a product before. Not so with Ken and Mirak. Ken worked to get me the best deal, compared lease vs. buy numbers and introduced me to the new hybrid technology. I ended up leasing a sonata hybrid and I couldn't be more pleased. I recently moved about 35 miles from my office so gas milage was key. Ken understood what my needs were and helped me thoughtfully choose the sonata hybrid. I bought a new Tucson On February 28, 2011 from Mirak. When I was first looking at cars, I had no idea what type of car or suv I wanted/ needed. After meeting John Waters he helped me narrow down my needs When I was first looking at cars, I had no idea what type of car or suv I wanted/ needed. After meeting John Waters he helped me narrow down my needs when it came to picking the right car for me and my son. He allowed me to test drive the suv with the car seat installed, this was a great recommendation that he made so that I could see how much room I would still have in the back seat. We placed the jogging stroller in the truck portion as well. Once the car was purchased I needed to have the car seat properly installed, John Waters took me down to the service department. Bruce Trieber worked effortlessly to make sure that the car seat was hooked up in the safest way. This took about an hour of time and I could not be more grateful . Having men and women properly trained in car seat installations is a must have when dealing with purchasing a new car. If it had not been for Bruce and several other team members I would have had to contact the local police station and set up an appointment, this would have taken more than one hour of my time. After I purchased the Tucson, I was instructed that there were many "accessories" that I may want to check out because of having an infant. Spillage can happen as well as many other accidents. John Knapp showed me a wide array of "splatter mats" and seat covers that would fit over the back seat where my child's car seat would be. Again, another wonderful feature that was supplied to me. In my humble opinion having men trained in the functionality of a car is the best service one could get. Many of the recommendations that were made by John Waters, John Knapp and Bruce Trieber were not things I even thought about.
