I absolutely recommend Mirak Hyundai, and I also absolutely recommend salesman Nick Carco. The Good: I was purchasing a Veloster, a brand new model for 2012, that was pretty popular and had a lot absolutely recommend salesman Nick Carco. The Good: I was purchasing a Veloster, a brand new model for 2012, that was pretty popular and had a lot of buyer interest - and Mirak charged MSRP when other dealers were adding $2500-$3500 to sticker price; Nick was very, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and worked very hard to find me exactly what I wanted, Tim made the actual finance & a purchase a snap, in and out in 30 minutes. No hassle, no stress, no strain. Absolute best car-buying experience of my life. The Bad: It took me about three weeks of hassle, mis-communication, being shuffled from one salesman to another, annoying emails, and requests for information not being fulfilled *before* I got to Nick and the really excellent experience. The Details: My initial experience with the dealership was a little rocky, and I was less than inclined to continue working with them. I was very interested in purchasing a Veloster, a brand new model. When the first car showed up, I scheduled a test drive - the gentlemen on the phone told me it would be ready to drive two days hence, and we made an appointment for that time. When I arrived for the test drive, I was told that the car was not ready to be driven and I'd have to come back. Would have very much appreciated a heads-up call saying that the car wasn't ready and not to bother coming down. I didn't appreciate having my time wasted. After that, I was subjected to email after email asking if I was ready to purchase, did I have any questions, would I like to have my Hyundai (that I hadn't bought yet!) scheduled for a service visit, and the like. The initial salesman I worked with sent these emails, but never got back to me with the specific information I needed to make any purchasing decisions. Then, I fell in with Nick Carco. Nick immediately assessed my needs, asked me what I was looking for, told me he'd find me relevant information, and then got back to me with that information quickly. He then proceeded to bend over backwards to find a very specific (and apparently rare) model, trim & color combination for me and have it transferred from another dealer. When the car arrived and it was time to do the deal, he got me in with the Finance Manager, Tim, who had me in and out in 30 minutes with a deal that worked for everyone. Nick knew every detail about the car, from stem to stern, and was able to explain every feature. Nick did a great job overall, and I was very happy to work with him and Mirak. I'd definitely recommend them both. More
Joe was very helpful in getting us to test drive a 2012 Accent. I had it between the Accent and the Ford Feista. However, when it came time to make a deal I was offered to pay sticker and get this.....on Accent. I had it between the Accent and the Ford Feista. However, when it came time to make a deal I was offered to pay sticker and get this.....one free oil change! After less then a week went by I was given a call and told that I might be able to get $100 off the sticker. I went to a local Ford dealer that Saturday. They had a Feista with heated seats and I was given $1,300 off the sticker...almost a $1,000 less than the Accent. Both 2012 Accent and Feista are hard to find. But if you go to a Hyundai dealer expect to pay sticker. Ford dealers will at least offer more than a free oil change! More

So I did my research and found the Hyundai vehicle I LOVE, which is the "Genesis Coupe". Before I went to "Mirak Hyundai", I went to "Hyundai Village Danvers" unfortunately they had no inventory of the "Genesis Coupe". After that, I went online for search of another Hyundai dealership. I saw "Salem Ford Hyundai" located in "Salem New Hampshire" had one "2011 Genesis Coupe", the price listed online was perfect. And when I called to speak with a Internet Coordinator, she was very sweet! I told her my maximum budget and she told me, she was almost positive I could get the car for the price I was looking for, because that vehicle had been there for so long. So I went the sales consultant was very nice, but the sales manager Vinnie is the most unprofessional disrespectful man I have ever met in my life. But I wasn't going to give up that easy so I went online again. I found "Mirak Hyundai"!! I made arrangements with Ana Brkic. She was soo amazing and soo beyond helpful!! I had no idea how to get to "Arlington" even thought I map quest it, I still got lost THREE TIMES. LOL. Ana got off that day around 4 or 5 (I cant remember), But when I finally arrived which I thought Ana would have been long gone since it was wayy past the time she was suppose to get out. Ana had actually stayed waiting, for me to arrive!! That shows A LOT about her!! She is one of the sweetest most genuine person I have ever met in my life. I picked out the "2011 Genesis Coupe" and unfortunately the full total did not meet my budget. I had gone thru something like this before and my father was telling me how the "2012 Genesis Coupe" on the Hyundai site was going for $22,000. So I printed out that out off the Hyundai website and Jonathan taught me on the website they are always going to headline the lowest priced of the vehicle but what the do not tell you is its for a manual transmission not a automatic transmission. Jonathan then asked if he could show me anymore vehicles that are within my price range, but I had to leave because I was using my mothers car at the time. Jonathan had emailed me that day or the next, saying thank you and he can help me find a Hyundai vehicle I would like. But I am a very very picky person the only Hyundai I wanted and loved was the "Genesis Coupe". So I wrote back explaining to him that I am very picky. I felt silly for printing out the price of the "2012 Genesis Coupe" off WWW.Hyundai.COM, so I apologized because I felt what I did was ignorant. But he wrote back teaching me everything I would need to know before going to a dealership and before signing the papers and actually purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately I did not end up purchasing a "Genesis Coupe" or a Hyundai. But because of everything Jonathan and Ana taught me. I finally purchased my first car!! 2011 Mazda, Mazda6 for a total of $19,600. And I owe it all to Jonathan and Ana. My mom was not able to help me during this process much because I have a few younger siblings, and my dad lives over seas. So before going to Mirak Hyundai, it was just me. Bruce was great to work with when I needed my rear bumper painted. He explained the damage and repairs needed in pure layman's terms for me. After our initial conversation and estimate on damage, he contacted me to inform that there was further damage underneath the bumper than originally expected. Bruce went on to explain my options and provide alternatives without applying pressure to sell me unneeded services. He was a pleasure to work with and I would most certainly return to Mirak's Auto Body in the future thanks to my experience with Bruce! More

My experience at Mirak was great because it was made hassle free for me. I had been dealing with another Hyundai dealership and it was one hassle after another and they were just jerking me around. They made it nice and easy and straightforward. Ken Wright was friendly, honest,and up front about everything right from the beginning and made the car buying experience a simple and hassle free one, which earns huge points with me! Even the person I dealt with at Mirak for my financing was great! All around, I would definitely go back whenever I am on the market for another new car! I would recommend Mirak to anyone I know who is looking for a car! I have bought several cars over the years and by far, Mirak has been my best experience yet! More
