I worked with John Waters and had an excellent experience. I first visited to just test drive as I wanted to try out the elantra and see how it compared to other cars. He was great, no pressure. Showed me all the features and what set it apart from other types of cars. We took a test drive and there was no sales pitch or attempt to keep me there longer than I wanted to me. Having been to other high pressure dealers where they make you feel bad for just wanting to check out a car, I REALLY appreciated John's approach. After deciding I wanted the Elantra, John was easy to work with. He sat with me while we negotiated on price and I feel that I not only got a very fair price for the car, but also got a fair price on my trade in. John was friendly and positive and the overall atmosphere at the dealership was positive. The only critique was that when I went to pick up the car it wasn't ready and I had to wait over an hour, which was frustrating. After 3 days, my car was hit while parked. As sad as it was, it gave me another chance to interact with John and the dealership. He was great, showed me the autobody shop and got me connected to the people who could fix my car. He called to check up on me to make sure things were getting taken care of, and I really appreciated his personal approach. This is a dealership that puts in effort to make their customers feel comfortable and I will be going back for service and whenever I get another car. I recommend that everyone go to this dealership whether to test drive or buy - its a great experience. More

I usually don't review things but this was so outstanding I felt compelled. I was visiting in Boston and had trouble with my truck. On a chance I just drove into Mirak. They were unable to find the reason for the noise we heard. When I came to get the vehicle they didn't charge me anything even after having a tech spend a few hours searching. It's a welcome pleasure doing business with a firm like this. I will recommend them highly to my friends in the area. More
