My car broke down on the highway at 2PM, and I was towed to Mirak at around 2:30. I assumed I would have to leave my car there at least overnight since Mirak closes at 3PM on Saturday, but I was pleasantly to Mirak at around 2:30. I assumed I would have to leave my car there at least overnight since Mirak closes at 3PM on Saturday, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to find a new serpentine belt, install it, and have me drive away with my car fixed by 3:15. Just leased a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe from Ken Wright . Love the car and very happy with the trade in allowance I received . Mirak should be proud of Ken He really knows his stuff and presents himself in a very professional manner . I have been a loyal customer over the last 30 years at Clark and White in Newton . The dealership has changed over the last year and they are not the same . Their concern for the customer is not there . I live close to Mirak and wanted to give them a try . Ken Wright convinced me that Mirak being a family business was the way to go . You can tell he loves his job and presents the dealership in a way that just makes you want to Buy or lease . In my case I chose to lease. I think Mirak should be proud of Ken and I personally say thanks for being so Honest and making this whole process so much fun . I will tell all my friends to try Mirak . I was in a desperate situation when my car broke down and starting with service, they got me in the same day, diagnosed my car, and gave me honest information regarding the value of repairing it or replacing starting with service, they got me in the same day, diagnosed my car, and gave me honest information regarding the value of repairing it or replacing it. There was excellent teamwork between service and sales to help me make the best financial decision possible. Both teams gave me a fair price on my trade and the price of a new car. Sales moved as quickly as possible to make this situation better for me. They made me feel like I was part of the family from service, to sales, to financing. When it was time to sign the paperwork, although I had been pre-qualified from a bank of my choice at a fair rate, they found me an even better deal. I appreciate all that this dealership has done for me and they have earned my future business and all who I can refer to them for life. Thank you so much! More
I was very satisfied with my experience with Mirak Hyundai. After visiting 3 other dealerships before deciding what kind of vehicle I wanted to purchase it was a pleasure dealing with Jonathan. Ther Hyundai. After visiting 3 other dealerships before deciding what kind of vehicle I wanted to purchase it was a pleasure dealing with Jonathan. There were no high pressure tactics or games used to keep me in the dealership and force me to make a committment as I experienced at the other places. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining all the elements of the car. I also feel that I got a very good trade-in for my vehicle. When I picked up the car Jonathan gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and become comfortable with the vehicle. Bill Hayes in the service department was also very helpful. He took time to explain the Service Department procedures and also patiently answered my many questions. More
We went to Mirak in Arlington simply to test drive a Sonata. Jonathan Buck was there and very knowledgeable and helpful but not your typical pushy salesperson. Alicia, the Internet Coordinator should be on the floor selling she knows so much. I was happy when I called and asked what Mirak had for used vehicles, she had no problem describing each car and explaining all the features. She took the time I needed, was very respectful, considerate and really listened. I am happy she was able to get me right in for an appointment. I love my certified preowned car! I bought the Sante Fe and it's actually great on gas!!! I was looking for something I could fit 3 car seats in the back and it looks like it will work plus plenty of room in the back for a stroller and groceries. Yikes. I've never reviewed a car dealership before so where to begin? Well, at the beginning obviously. My fiancee and I were looking to purchase a Hyundai Sonata because her dad was seemingly thrill where to begin? Well, at the beginning obviously. My fiancee and I were looking to purchase a Hyundai Sonata because her dad was seemingly thrilled with his. We did our due diligence by e-mailing all of the Hyundai dealerships surrounding Boston. Prime Hyundai in Quincy gave us a number while this dealership told us via e-mail that after speaking with their manager and obtaining 'special permission,' they would beat the offer but we had to come in for them to do it. This should have been the first warning bell going off in my head. We happily arrived at the dealership with a copy of the e-mail from Ana, the woman who apparently maintains their office e-mail account. It only took us a few seconds to find a salesman (that is literally the only good point you're going to get in this review so cherish it) and we sat down at a table with John Waters (unforgettable name if you have any interest in film. The dude wrote and directed Hairspray for god's sake, but I digress..) John went to speak with his sales manager Norm about the e-mail and returned only to tell us that the price we were quoted by Prime Hyundai in Quincy is a lie. He told us that they were using a 'bait and switch' to get us in the building and that there was no way his dealership could beat or even match the price. My fiancee and I were a little bit confused by this. We were told in the e-mail that they could beat THE EXACT NUMBER we were quoted so who was really the one doing the bait and switch here? He played with his calculator for a few more minutes to "try and make the numbers work" and then came to the same conclusion that it was impossible. We both felt very misled and deceived so we expressed this to John. After a few more minutes of him saying that the other dealership was lying to us, he basically told us that Ana was not a sales manager and had no idea what the actual cost of the car was. This sounds like a great person to be your liaison to customers, right? After a few more minutes of arguing, we finally just got up and left to see if the quoted price from the Quincy dealership really was a lie. 3 hours later we owned a car .. from Prime Hyndai in Quincy and for CHEAPER than we were originally quoted. To recap: This dealership told us that another dealership was lying to us when in fact they were the ones that tried to 'bait and switch.' The sales associate ended up throwing his own staff under the bus in order to convince us that his inflated price was as low as he could go. We felt misled and lied to so we left, only to end up with a much better deal at another dealership. If your time and sanity is valuable, I would skip Mirak Chevrolet Hyundai. More
I bought a low mileage certified preowned Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from Mirak recently. After having visited several other dealerships, Mirak was by far my best experience. Jason set me up with Michael Silverado 1500 from Mirak recently. After having visited several other dealerships, Mirak was by far my best experience. Jason set me up with Michael A. for a test drive. Michael was very knowledgeable about the truck. After hearing a strange noise coming from the front, they resolved the issue in a prompt manner by immediately sending into the service bay. (It turned out to be a mud flap coming in contact with the tread on a the tire,not a big issue at all and one extra screw and it was fixed!) I never felt pressured into buying the vehicle. Although, the price was on the high side, it was the exact truck I was looking for and Mirak made the entire process so easy, I did not hesitate to purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a hassle free car purchasing experience. Thanks for all the great service Mirak! More
I recently Purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe from Mirak Chevrolet. Michael Arazian the sales consultant working with me made the whole experience very pleasant and painless. The best part of the experience was that Michael drove the Tahoe to our home to show us the vehicle, because having two young children sometimes makes it impossible to get ou of the houset. Never the less I never felt pressured into buying my car working with Michael. I have to admitt that Michael Arazian and his manager Jim Shannon went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely referr Mirak Chevrolet to my friends, family, and to anyone who is looking for a dream like car buying experience. More
