When I went to Mirak Chevrolet in late June 2013, I was expecting nothing more than a discussion about price, features of the cars, and test drives. However, I received more than that. As I entered the dealership I was greeted by salesman, Tyler Dodd, and from that point forward my buying experience was a good if not great one. Tyler listened carefully to my goals and objectives, including my price concerns; he answered all of my questions, and over a period of a few days he guided me to making the right car purchase decision. He was gentlemanly and honest and expressed his own philosophy of not only helping customers but anyone else who needed help. At the end of our first discussion, I knew that I would buy a car from him and I am happy to report that I did. Up to that point I had grown frustrated with the whole car buying process but Tyler made it easy. Tyler introduced me to many other members of the Mirak team and they too were friendly, helpful, and professional. EXCELLENT experience buying my Hyundai Elantra Touring Wagon from Kenny Wright at Mirak Hyundai in Arlington. Having owned Subarus for 15 years, I wasn't sure about changing manufacturers. But my husband loves his Hyundai Accent, and convinced me to visit Mirak where he gets his car serviced. Kenny rolled out the red carpet for us and made us a GREAT deal right out of the gate. He didn't play any of the usual games, and he let us take as long as we needed to test drive the car. Also gave me a good deal on my trade-in and worked with us to add extras to the Hyundai wagon. He pulled out all the stops to make us happy and put us in the car that day! A complete 180 from dealers who put on the pressure and play games with the numbers. Kenny was friendly, professional, helpful, and put the deal on paper up front in a way we could easily understand. When it came time to pick up the car, he spent about an hour with my husband going over each and every feature. Would buy from him again in a heartbeat. HIGHLY recommended! Go see Kenny! More
At the very end of March 2013, I bought a certified pre-owned 2012 Chevy Impala LT. After researching many dealerships and their inventory online I saw one at Mirak Chevrolet that I was interested in pre-owned 2012 Chevy Impala LT. After researching many dealerships and their inventory online I saw one at Mirak Chevrolet that I was interested in taking a look at so my husband and I drove over there right after work. When we arrived we saw this particular car being driven to the gas station across the street. Thinking ok, probably gassing it up for a test drive. While waiting we ended up in a conversation with another "customer". Well, it turns out he just bought that particular car. Soon we were introduced to Michael Arazian, Sales Consultant. Michael told us there was one more 2012 Chevy Impala LT left and showed us the car. Next day, my husband took it for a test drive and then I took it for a test drive. Michael Arazian was professional and pleasant at all times. He answered each and every one of our questions but the best part of the whole experience was the fact that Michael never pressured us. He was at all times, honest. Very rare! We put down a deposit (which by the way they honored) and within a couple of days purchased the vehicle. I love my new car. Buying a car at Mirak Chevrolet, was by far, the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. Thank you Mirak and a big thank you to Michael Arazian for a great experience and a great deal. I think most people are reluctant to walk into a car dealership and are not looking forward to the car buying process at the dealership. The people at Mirak were easy to do business with from start to f dealership and are not looking forward to the car buying process at the dealership. The transaction was simple, honest, and a hassle free vehicle purchase without the usual drama or games you might encounter at most dealerships. Mirak is not your typical dealership. Ryan Lehtonen work hard to get me the exact car that I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. If you are looking for a hassle free straight forward car buying experience I would strongly recommend doing business with Mirak. I can say that I actually enjoyed doing business with Mirak and the car buying experience there. Also, we had an issue, the day of the purchase, with trying to get an Insurance Stamp on the RMW1 form and although we found out that the fax machine at Hyundai was not working properly, John stuck with it and did his best to make sure that I left that day with everything settled including racing down to service for the Inspection Sticker. Steve Hopkins was pleasant to deal with also and respected whatever decision I made about coverage. More
Our daughter's Sonata was towed to Mirak on Sunday after breaking down on her trip to Boston from Vermont. They said they had a full service schedule but would do their best to get it checked that day. They had it checked out and fixed by mid day. The service advisor was a pleasure to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful. Clearly he and the service team went out of their way to help us out of a difficult situation. More
Got home with our new Sonic last night and it really seems like the perfect fit for us. Jim is a friendly and knowledgeable sales man who is very helpful every step of the way. My experience with Mirak started over email and phone while I was traveling overseas. I was trying to line-up a car for when I get back in Boston about a month+ later. The first thing that struck me—as opposed to ALL car purchases I've done in the past—is their "nonchalant" attitude. And I mean this in the most positive of ways. That is, nonchalant about making the sale not about me as a customer. I was given my options, what's good and what's bad about each, had all my questions answered—with no pressure or intimidation in any direction, even when that might have meant a better profit margin in the sale. Pleasantly surprised and with that relaxed attitude, believe it or not I did NOT do my due diligence or shop around or compare offers. I felt that I was in good hands, with people that know how to do business and whose goal is clearly to stay competitive in a vertical that has earned quite a notorious reputation. Not to mention how they helped me out tremendously with the financing aspect of my purchase, when I did not think there was a possibility of the financing working out. All in all I would highly recommend Mirak, especially the lovely Ana Brkic, the straightforward no-nonsense John Waters, and their financing guru eager-to-help Tim Moore.
