Awful!!!!!!! Took my corvette to this place. Couldn't get the problem fixed and charged me $105 diagnose fee. After he Asked for more money to find the problem, I Took my corvette to this place. He even suggested that it would be easier to have another 05 corvette to compare and contrast with mine to make it easier. I know. It is ridiculous. So Service manager David lemme come and pick it up last night. I went there and paid the ridiculous money for nothing. You won't believe what happened next. He checked and told me my car was not even ready. So I wasted my time and energy for nothing. "Sorry about that" was all he said. This is not the way you treat your customer. Avoid their service center at all cost! 100% authentic. More

No pressure, very friendly, worked with us as much as he could. Didn't get our ideal price, but you never really know how much room a dealer has ... which is why I hate buying cars ! hopwever, Chris was good, anyone I spoke with at the dealership was friendly and very accommodating. They delivered the car for us, on a flat-bed truck rather than driving it in the sleet/salty roads (big plus). Overall, a very favorable experience. I will certainly consider Mirak again when I get around to buying my next vehicle (a Truck). More
incompetent, slow, and outsources work I took my 2013 Veloster there for a broken sunroof. Even though the Veloster is known to have sunroofs explode spontaneously, the dealership determine I took my 2013 Veloster there for a broken sunroof. Even though the Veloster is known to have sunroofs explode spontaneously, the dealership determined this would not be covered under warranty or the recall. OK. They then ordered the glass, but there were delays in its receipt. Apparently this dealership also doesn't have the expertise necessary to install that glass; they have a subcontractor who failed to show up one day. When he did show up the next day, apparently there were difficulties getting it installed, and it had to be sent back to service. Ultimately it took 14 days to get the sunroof replaced - a ridiculously long time. I had asked service to check on an airbag indicator light coming on when it shouldn't; they charged me $105 to do some kind of "electronic assessment" for this request, though they gave no indication I would be charged in merely checking it out. I was also never informed about the status of any of this - I had to call in, generally multiple times since no one picks up at the service desk on a regular basis. Oh - the menu is also wrong in their automated dial-in system, so have fun with that. All in all, it's hard to avoid the impression these guys are pretty incompetent. More

These guys have their prices on Edmunds any ways they are great, no hassle. The other dealer gave me low prices, best price quote out of all online, When I got to the other dealer for the low price, the deal changed. They were telling me that i do not qualify for all the rebates explaining to me the fine print... Then they tried to tuck it to me with a destination fee that is already on the window sticker... I left after being made a fool of. I went to Mirak Hyundai and David took good care of me. He wasnt phony or condescending. Told him what I wanted, and he explained the price and payments,.. done easy.. The Managers were helpful too. Everyone was friendly and they gave me a discount card for service. Wish I cam to Mirak Hyundai first.. More
continued problems We purchased a used 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 in January of this year I did a lot of research into this model and before purchase asked the sales rep if We purchased a used 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 in January of this year I did a lot of research into this model and before purchase asked the sales rep if all these issues were checked by the dealer He assured us that the truck was gone over and all issues resolved before it would be sold less than one week after purchase the battery failed and had to be replaced also there was only one key delivered with the truck and the truck will lock itself while running the dealer did have a key made which i am gratefull for Now we are into warm weather and the AC is not working even though i told the salesman and reported before purchase that this model is known for AC issues He told us that it would be checked out and when delivered again said all was up to speed it is not up to speed and we never received a dealers car warranty which is required by law to be delivered at time of purchase we did get a extended warranty on the engine and transmission but that is a seperate item we can not afford this truck to be gone over when it should have been done before purchase be forewarned before buying here More
Very professional experience and a great deal I was a walk-in client this week and worked with Tony Emmi. I had already looked at a Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, and Ford Fusion. I was very impressed with the value in both the Sonata GLS and the Sonata SE, and decided to go for the Sonata SE because of the combination of affordability, power, safety, gas mileage, and features. In addition, working with Tony (as well as James in financing) was phenomenal. Tony is clearly very seasoned and knowledgeable, and was very fair and direct in his comparing and contrasting different cars and manufacturers. He clearly listened intently, understood and retained my interests, needs and even personality, and helped translate that into helping me find the right fit. Then, I was able to get an incredible deal on the lease, right off the bat and with no haggling or debate. The lease, maintenance options, etc. are very straightforward and were presented in an honest and objective manner. Tony also worked to make sure that the paperwork was completed with expediency, and has followed up multiple times to check in and ensure my satisfaction. I have really enjoyed my experience and will be happy to recommend Tony and Mirak to anyone I know who is interested in a Hyundai (or a Chevy, for that matter). Thank you! More
