I bought a NEW 2023 Genesis GV70. They claimed that the warranty and Valet Service was the best. I was not educated about the features on my new car when I picked it up. He told me that his day was busy and that he could not spend time with me and to come back another day. As for the service…it is pathetic. I was told the first available service date for my new Genesis GV70 is March 2024!!! I will never buy a car from MIrak again and I would never buy another new Genesis. Very very disappointing. Shameful Sales and Service! I thought I was buying a quality car….I contacted Genesis Corporate to explain my situation and this is day 18 and no call back, no email, no response. When I expressed my concerns over the phone with Genesis Corporate, they explained that the dealerships are all independently owned and that they had no control over what happens. I will trade this car in at the Lexus dealership near me. I had a Lexus previously and it was excellent. The service was the best at Lexus. Buyer beware with Mirak and the Genesis. More
I had a very good experience purchasing my 2022 Honda Ridgeline from Mirak. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and did all the negotiating over txt messages. I did all my research and knew the value of my trade and what the car value was I was purchasing. I didn't have to deal with the back and forth between the sales person and the sales manager in the dealership. Which is the worst part of purchasing a new vehicle. It was quick and it was easy. The way car buying should be. The business manager Sonny worked with me to get the financing I requested and drove the truck home that day. Went back 2 days later to get my registration and inspection sticker. More
They had inventory but salesperson was somewhat neurotic. He sadly had no real people skills and wanted to make sure everything I did fit into his schedule. I just wanted to leave and dropped him off. For some strange reason he removed the screen protector from the display. I asked him to order me a replacement and never heard back from him, except for the annoying automated emails they send. I would never recommend or consider Mirak again. More
I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with the Finance Manager at Mirak Hyundai. As a loyal customer of Mirak Hyundai, I had always expected professional and helpful service. However, my recent experience with the Finance Manager shattered those expectations and left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. The issues began when I reached out to schedule an appointment to buy out my car. Despite my attempts to contact the Finance Department through emails and phone calls, I received no response. It was incredibly frustrating to be met with complete silence, as I was eager to finalize the purchase and expected timely assistance. In light of the lack of response, I decided to visit the dealership in person to address the matter directly. I explained my concerns about the Finance Department's unresponsiveness. Instead of displaying empathy or attempting to rectify the situation, the Finance Manager callously responded by saying, "You can go anywhere else if you have complaints." This dismissive and unhelpful attitude was both surprising and disheartening. What disappointed me the most was the stark contrast in treatment between the initial car purchasing process and the subsequent need for assistance. During the car purchase, the sales team was attentive, prompt, and eager to help. However, the Finance Manager's lack of professionalism and indifference towards customer concerns demonstrated a significant disconnect within the dealership. As a customer, I expected consistent and respectful treatment throughout my entire experience with Mirak Hyundai. Regrettably, the Finance Manager's actions failed to meet these expectations. The Finance Department's disregard for promptly responding to customer inquiries and the Finance Manager's dismissive behavior towards my concerns conveyed a lack of appreciation for customer loyalty and satisfaction. In conclusion, my encounter with the Finance Manager at Mirak Hyundai was profoundly disappointing. Their unresponsiveness and dismissive attitude left me feeling disheartened and undervalued as a customer. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend relying on the Finance Department at Mirak Hyundai for satisfactory assistance or support. More
I would not buy a car from Mirak ever again. Oscar is a nice sales associate and not pushing at all. I even feel bad that he has to put up with all my demands and questions. He’s the reason why this review is 2 stars instead of 1. However, the sales manager is not as friendly nor helpful. I felt like a beggar buying a car from him. The worst part is how inefficient and ineffective the communication at Mirak is. It is extremely hard to reach any of the salesperson to assist with my issues. Even when I have bought a car I couldn’t get to anyone to know when I can pick it up. It is extremely upsetting when you already paid the car in full but can’t pick it up. Finally, all the replies to bad reviews on here seems automated, exactly the same answer every single time. It shows that they make no effort to improve their quality at all. I do not recommend this dealership at all. If I could void the contract I would and go to another dealer. Update: they don’t seem to know how to say sorry. I was extremely mad but at least I knew to say thank you. In exchange all I got was excuses. More
First they barely gave me $8000 for my 2015 Audi A3 trade in saying it’s got a bunch of issues then they turn around the next day selling it for $16,000 doubling the price. Then I buy a Kona EV and drive awa in saying it’s got a bunch of issues then they turn around the next day selling it for $16,000 doubling the price. Then I buy a Kona EV and drive away just finding out that I don’t like it. I put $9000 down on the car and I didn’t like it. The presumably are part of the Hyundai customer assurance making sure you are happy so if you return the car within 3 days for any reason you can choose to buy a different Hyundai. They tried to lie to me and say that they were not part of it while Hyundai USA and the web site stated that they were. I returned on site trying to see what we can do and the sales manager literally laughed at me saying that I would have to trade in the car and the kbb value would be less than $26,000 so my $9,000 was gone and I might owe them money. I checked the kbb for 2022 kona electric (no 2023 available) and the blue book value is $33,000 so the 2023 would be even higher value. He chose not to honour the customer assurance commitment and threw me out of the dealership. They took $9000 from me and are cheating others or tricked me to give me low value on my Audi. The guy that sold me the car, Jimmy, didn’t even bother to say hello and show any remorse to have sold me a car I didn’t like. The two sales managers were super rude and wanted nothing to do with me. What a group of scammers, I feel totally cheated twice over! I’d rate them a 0 and even lower. Very low level of people for sure. Total scam - don’t ever go there. More

When I went to buy the car, I was prepared for all the prices, as I went looking for discounts and promotions online. They presented Hyundai's promotions to me as a blessing, but they were my right. I was not informed about the interest situation, although I asked the day before that it did not combine with the other promotion. When I asked the authorities about this and said you didn't tell me, they didn't know what to say and left with the salesperson. I bought my car from another Hyundai dealer the same day without any problems. they never lied to me. I want to warn Hyundai officials about this, if you want to sell cars when you have such strong competitors, you must have principled and honest dealerships. I bought this vehicle from another dealer because I wanted it. But someone else might not think like me and reconsider their opinion of the brand. More
