On one occasion Carl brought a part into the waiting room to let me see what was happening because I told him I didn't understand. On another occasion Carl showed me the huge nail/screw that was in my tire. On this last visit, Desiree brought in the cabin filter and the engine filter to show me the condition they were in. They let me make the decision to fix, replace or not. That, to me, is customer care. They care about my car as much as I do. It is important for me to know the results of their evaluations of my vehicle and they are not going to perform any work on my vehicle that I didn't previously approve of. More
