Customer Service that goes the extra mile! John Gschwendner (Sales) and Ryan Stehle (Finance) stayed 2 - 1/2 hours past closing on a Monday night for my wife and I to help us get exactly what w John Gschwendner (Sales) and Ryan Stehle (Finance) stayed 2 - 1/2 hours past closing on a Monday night for my wife and I to help us get exactly what we wanted. We arrived at the dealership just before closing (coming from out of town) to meet with John G and see a vehicle they advertised. It was what we were looking for with low mileage and a very competitive price. John G spent the time with us to test drive and inspect the vehicle to make sure it was what we wanted. No pressure and No hurry to get us on our way. We decided to buy this one and after all the papers were signed, we said goodnight to John G. and Ryan S. 2 - 1/2 hours after the dealership was scheduled to close! Now we felt like we were the most important customer they ever had. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Thanks John G., Ryan S. and Bob Richards Toyota! More
Best experience ever! I had been dealing with Lamar Johnson over the phone for about 3 weeks prior to finally showing up to the dealership. I kept having to cancel appointments, but he remained very nice and very eager to help me with my car buying decision. When my wife and I finally had the chance to go in and test drive a few cars, I finally met with Mr. Johnson. What followed was quite literally the best shopping experience we have ever had, period. There was no pressure to buy a car, he had plenty of knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at, and anything he couldn't answer immediately, he would quickly go find the answer for us. My wife, daughter, and I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness that Lamar Johnson showed us that day. When we finally decided that we were going to purchase a vehicle, we worked out what we were comfortable with and Lamar linked us up with Brad McDuffie. This gentleman was straight to the point, polite, and made sure everything we discussed was clearly understood. This was the third time we've purchased a car from a dealer and the first where we walked away with a complete sense of satisfaction. I highly recommend dealing with Lamar Johnson and Bob Richard's Toyota. My wife and I decided we will be using these folks for when it's time to trade in my wife's car! More

Drove over an hour, Well Worth It!!! My husband and I knew the car we wanted and were price shopping. They had the best price listed for this used car up front online. I called to confirm and speak with Eunice (so nice, so helpful) several times about it and we were on the way. We arrived about 4:00 and were out the door headed to celebrate with steaks and wine by 6:00! Our salesman was Joseph and he was great. Very easy to deal with. We were pre-approved for financing with our bank but they beat the rate by far! This was handled by Kyle, who was very professional and knew his business well but was also very friendly. He got us what we were looking for: interest rate, GAP, and payment all just right, without trying to sell us needless things. They made it right! I bought a 2008 Corolla for my daughter. On the way home a wheel cover was lost. A call to the salesman was not productive. Absolutely horrible customer service, won't fix car issues after bringing the car to the dealership 5 different times for the same issues on a brand new Sienna. Have left 3 voicemail messages regarding issues after bringing the car to the dealership 5 different times for the same issues on a brand new Sienna. Have left 3 voicemail messages regarding issues and still no call back. To name one of the problems I was having was the blower for the air conditioner went out completely in 90 degree weather. Took the car in and they ordered a part to fix it but sent me back home in the Sienna without a working air conditioner with a 9month old and 3 year old in the heat . There response was the car was drivable and they didn't have any loaner cars available...That is only one issue with a brand new car I got from then out of 6. They still refuse to fix the other ones.
