After the other dealers got through adding 500 to 800 fees and the other jacked up make believe add-ons to their used cars,the sale price of the new Camry at Bob Richards was cheaper. Talked with Lamar Johnson, who explained in simply English how they could sell me that car so cheap. That is the way a salesman should talk to a potential buyer. Bob Richards will be the 1st place I look next time and Lamar will be the person I talk to. More

Good by to the gas pumps. I went to Bob Richards Toyota looking for a small fuel efficent vechicle, found a really nice pre-owned Prius at a great price. After looking at the 5 I went to Bob Richards Toyota looking for a small fuel efficent vechicle, found a really nice pre-owned Prius at a great price. After looking at the 50 plus mpg and one test drive I was hooked. I'm really looking forward to driving my Prius and saving a ton on gas. The whole staff seemed really friendly and the sales transaction went very smoothly. Great experience! More

A redemption story To put it bluntly, we had a really bad sales experience when we first went to Bob Richards Toyota. We ended up buying another car from another dealer To put it bluntly, we had a really bad sales experience when we first went to Bob Richards Toyota. We ended up buying another car from another dealership and I thought that would be the end of it. After I logged a complaint, I was contacted by their COO Jack Brennan who took on our needs himself. The first thing Jack did was apologize profusely numerous times and let me know that what we experienced was NOT a regular thing, but an anomaly. He explained how things are supposed to go and let me know he would address my issues with the employees directly. Not knowing we had already purchased a car, Jack offered to take on our car search himself and let me know whatever the car was we needed he would make sure we get it and get it fast. He gave me his cell phone number and asked for a shot next time around. The thing that struck me was how personally Jack took my complaint. This wasn't some 1-800 customer service operator conducting a survey and going through the motions, he was legitimately bothered that we had a less than stellar experience and wanted to do whatever he could to make sure we were ultimately satisfied. After talking with Jack I am now 100% confident that you can walk into Bob Richards Toyota and have a good experience purchasing your car. I'll need an SUV at some point and while I can't guarantee I'll buy a Toyota, if I do I'll get it from them. More

2014 Mustang Great Car Exxelent Service at sale I've never bought a car from another state much less off- Line, It was touch and go for awhile with me (King of the Cold Feet) ... My sales Person was Michele Personette" Excellent"!!! with a Capitol E. She Tried very hard to get me the best deal possible in spite of myself, she really went that extra mile, text after text, Email after Email and Phone call after Phone call. I think during this auto purchase I spent more time in commination with her than I did my own family . She was Great, like you buying a car from a friend. Mr. Brennan worked out about the car getting to me in Kentucky & Kyle Hermion in finance was superior, worked with me as much as possible every conversation we had he was very friendly . My Mustang GT arrived at Glenn Auto Mall In Lexington Ky and It was everything Michele said it would be. Fast and Furious Thanks everyone who helped me .... Good Car Buying Experience Israel Bowman was very friendly and helpful in showing the car we wanted to see. He also made sure the car was washed and the tank was filled before I drove off the lot. Charlie (Desk Manager) helped me get a better APR than I was offered at my credit union. Ryan was very courteous and explained each of the closing papers that had to be signed. Each of these guys made my first car buying experience a pleasant one by smiling and making jokes. They made us feel comfortable with my decision to buy from Bob Richards. They truly impressed my father which is not an easy task. Codos to all three of these guys. More
