Bait and Switch!! Visited this dealership one day, discussed a car and price. Salesman and his orientee stated price agreable. Returned on Monday to pay for vehicle. With check in hand to purchase vehicle, dealer stated vehicle and price were no longer available because "some one did something they weren't suppose to do"! So third sales person takes over, presenting me with other more expensive options for a vehicle. Within 3 minutes of leaving the dealership, the salesman who "did something he wasn't suppose to do" calls me attempting to save the sale. Stating he was in the back getting my numbers to make sure there wasn't some mistake- he watched me write them down during my first visit! When the orientee phoned the next week to ask if "we were all good", I explained their tactis were dishonest, he replied with obviously scripted comments that were inaccurate. "I know you that car didn't have the sunroof you wanted", a sunroof was never discussed. I had never heard of the word "bait and switch" until this experience. While telling friends about my experience it was obvious this was a perfect example. More

2016 Camry Purchase GREAT Staff. Great new car-buying experience. We've spent two months searching coastal South Carolina and Georgia for that right car with the right GREAT Staff. Great new car-buying experience. We've spent two months searching coastal South Carolina and Georgia for that right car with the right details. Some Toyota dealers said Toyota doesn't make that car. Others found a car, offered a deal in writing, then upon our arrival found the sales agent "made an error" and the offer was rescinded. Then the staff attempted to "handle" us. We walked out of more than a couple of dealers. Jose Ledeaux said he could locate the exact car we wanted. He did. He worked at getting a fair deal. Upon our arrival, JOSE HONORED THE DEAL! Andrew Storck went on our test ride and helped us understand how the technology and features worked on the car. A must for those over 40. He even synched our phones to the car for us. Joseph Whitfield was helpful with the financing and explored options to build the best deal for us. Likewise, he took time to answer and explain the answer to all of our questions. All three gentlemen were professional and personable. Although we drove more than 100 miles to buy this car, we will start here with our next new Toyota purchase. Toyota would be wise to send agents to Bob Richards Toyota to help them learn courtesy, tenacity, professionalism, and service from the likes of these three. More
