So when the time came for me to purchase a car I knew without a doubt that I wanted it to be from Bob Richards Toyota. I feel so very fortunate the day I came to look at the lot at met Mike. He was honest, kind, and hardworking when it came to getting me a fair deal. Mike went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty to make me feel comfortable and secure in my purchase. I am so happy with my experience. If I was a million I'd buy 4 more cars from him! I look forward to bringing my mother in so she can buy a car as well. More
Totally in Rip off the Old Man Mode I was feed up with GM after issues on my 2017 Silverado. Since it was end of the 2018 model year I was trying to take advantage of discounts and reba I was feed up with GM after issues on my 2017 Silverado. Since it was end of the 2018 model year I was trying to take advantage of discounts and rebates. What I really wanted was a Silver Tundra 1794. Since this was a top line vehicle most remaining 2018's came with options I did not need or want to pay extra for. I emailed and/or talked to more than 25 Toyota Dealerships in search of a 1794 equipped as I wanted. I had quotes on a number of vehicles and was fully aware of what was a fair price. I went to Bob Richards to look at their Silver 2019 Tundra 1794. I took a test drive and the salesman (Chris Hicks) asked if I had looked elsewhere. I said yes, a white one at Milton Ruben but this one is the color I prefer. I also mentioned this one had three additional options and I could live without them all. He asked how they were on price. I told him they were very aggressive on trade value and vehicle price without giving a dollar amount. Back at the dealership I was taken to a table and asked to wait. When the salesman return he presented his offer. They added $995 to install running boards, no other dealer had done this. They had all added dealer cost on the boards to the cost of the vehicle which is only a couple hundred dollars. The offer on my trade was more than an insult. Their price was more than $7000 above the cost of most dealer quotes I had received. I got up and said, "we are done, I can't deal on these numbers." I went to the managers desk and picked up the keys to my trade and went out the door. A different salesman (Craig Paro) came out the door and asked me if I was mad. I told him no, that we were too far apart and I was not going to waste my time or theirs and I was going home. I talked with him for a few minutes and told him I wanted silver but had a good price across town of $13500 for a white one. I said yours has three additional options but nothing I really want or need. He said if we can do $13000 or somewhere close to that would I buy there and I said yes. He went inside and came out and said they can't do it. At 8:00 pm another person from Bob Richards (Jose Ledeaux) called me and said I could have the vehicle for $13500 out the door. I said I would make a decision and let him know the next morning. My wife and I talked and said we would get the vehicle because it was the preferred color. The next morning, after thinking about the insult of the initial offer and how they handled adding running boards to the truck, I decided to decline the offer just because I feel they were greedy and dishonest when they brought me the $20500 plus offer. To my surprise, Milton Ruben called me after I emailed (Matthew Hailey) Bob Richards to decline their offer and said there was a mistake on my trade I am going to be out the door for $12500! Skip these con artists and go to an honest dealer, Milton Ruben Toyota in Augusta! White doesn't look so bad after all and I think I do like it better than silver! More

go to xxxx! I’ve done business with Bob Richards at their Nissan store in the past. So I figured the experience would carry over to their Toyota store. I WAS I’ve done business with Bob Richards at their Nissan store in the past. So I figured the experience would carry over to their Toyota store. I WAS DEAD WRONG!!!!!! I was shopping for a 2019 Highlander XLE. I had done my homework and there is about a $7000 rebate on these vehicles right now and also 0% financing with an additional $1250 in incentives. So if the MSRP is $41,000 that’s $8250 in incentives, making the price $32,750. It’s too bad this dealership will not honor it. I’m sure they will have some xx rebuttal to this, but it doesn’t matter anymore. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again, and in a family of 6 drivers, it’s their loss not mine. We buy 1 new car every single year. Now here is the part that ticks me off the most, and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for, as well as repeating this same complaint to not only Toyota North America, but also reviewing them on every single website I can possibly find to write them a review. I called in and spoke to the Internet Sales Manager (Mathew Haley). He told me “bobs promise” was that if I had a quoted price on an identical equipped vehicle, he would beat it. But would not give me a price on the phone when I had showed him everything prior to coming to the dealership. When I got there, he did not want to honor that price and was pretty rude about it. He passed us over to Angel the sales manager on the floor. They were sitting within 2 feet of one another. Angel ran his numbers and after showing him what I had already been quoted by Milton’s ruben Toyota, insults me with a stupid quote of $34,701 which was $1500 higher than what I had showed them. So after wasting my time, getting me off work for the day to come and buy the car because I work 7 days a week and a minimum of 85 hours a week. And was promised a better deal. So to sum things up, they will lie to you and are full of deceitful behavior to get you there and rip you off. To top that all off, they were rude, inconsiderate and raised their voices with me as a customer. If that wasn’t enough, angel offers me $10 for coming out there in gas money. How insulting can you get? Arrogant, deceitful, inconsiderate, etc. this is what describes Bob Richards Toyota. I recommend taking a short drive to Atlanta and buying whatever you would like their. But this place is not worth spending your money at. P.s. Do Not bother telling me you are under new ownership. If that were the case, you would no longer be “Bob Richards Toyota”. More

I am glad I did not have to deal with Angel as much or I probably would not have made the purchase. Furthermore, Michael Arthur was extremely nice and welcoming. I really appreciated that he took his time in answering my questions. I never felt like I was being pressured. My biggest gripe about this whole experience was the waiting time to get into the finance office. I had to wait 2.5 hours to get into the finance office after I had selected the vehicle. Although when it was my turn, Byron was quick in getting the paper work. More
