Repaired vehicle that had broke down on side of the road. Mr. Carl Reed, the Service Representative and technicians came to the rescue and gave my mother and I a boost when we were trying to reach the dealers Mr. Carl Reed, the Service Representative and technicians came to the rescue and gave my mother and I a boost when we were trying to reach the dealership for repairs. It was just enough to get us inside the garage before the car died. The problem was a alternator not charging the vehicle. He got right on the job and replace the alternator the same day. Great experience! I called the day before for a 30,000 miles service appointment and was able to get one at 1:30 pm. On short notice that was fine. One had already been changed which would lower my cost. She was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. She even offered to have my car washed! Needless to say, I was very happy that my car was in good shape and clean to boot! More

But it's the Service Technicians/Mechanics that steal the show and keep me coming back. They provide quality work that I can trust. Add to that friendly staff, a great waiting area (including a separate, see through area for kids), and refreshments, and you have the best auto service experience. It's dealer's prices but also dealer quality service. More
