My sales person, Quinton Pulley was very helpful. He went above and beyond all my expectations. The folks I dealt with had to stay an hour and a half past closing time to finish my deal. They handled it like I was the first customer of the day. Will definitely recommend them to others and will most definitely deal with them in the future. More

My Car is Special I don't have a Lincoln, a Cadilac or a Lamborghini but my little Toyota is special to me! My car is not only special to me but Carl and Desiree treat I don't have a Lincoln, a Cadilac or a Lamborghini but my little Toyota is special to me! My car is not only special to me but Carl and Desiree treat my car and make me feel that it is special to them too! They listen to my concerns and questions about an oil change, my car using too much oil, a funny noise I hear or this, that, and the other thing that I am ignorant of and they never make me feel dumb about asking. More importantly they get me answers to my concerns and give me choices of resolution to the problem(s) listed in priority. This attitude is important to me; their work ethics are sincere and it shows that they really like and enjoy their job. Also, in the years I have been bringing my car to BRToyota, recalls were immediately taken care of even before I would get the notice in the mail. This is great service. I hope BRToyota service stays this way whether it is Carl, Desiree or whomever.... Thanks... Jean More

I buy and service @ Bob's, they will beat the dealer closer to my house on vehicles. Also I buy the 3 oil change package and saves me a ton... Why would a dealer schedule the 1st service appointment when you just leave with your new vehicle, who know the rate of milage you will be driving and hit the date.. simple call a few days ahead to Bob's and I am in at a time that works for me... Only what we needed We are having this Corolla repaired at our expense to help out a person (owner) who needs the car to be reliable for work. The service writer, Ms Gr We are having this Corolla repaired at our expense to help out a person (owner) who needs the car to be reliable for work. The service writer, Ms Grayson conveyed this to the mechanic, Jeff I believe. The mechanic did an excellent job of understanding the need and going over the Corolla for and performing work that is necessary for it to be reliable. He also advised us that although it is not a reliability or safety issue, both the motor and transmission mounts are "shot." In my opinion, repairing those will make the car feel better when driving and the owner less paranoid that the car will break down. Therefor I have the parts on order to get that part of the job done next week. I appreciate not only the mechanic’s checks, but also his time and excellent attitude as he briefed my wife and I on what he found and the work he performed. Thanks once again to Bob Richards for the high quality maintenance shop he runs. More
