He too is very courteous and through in providing customer service. Matt Haley: I recently met Matt after asking for a senior sales representative. I like Matt's low-key sales approach. No traditional sales BS like "you sure look good in that car. How about letting me put you in one day?" That will sending me running in the opposite direction. I also like to shop around without being followed. I hope Matt and I can get together on the purchase of a new Avalon with a fair price for my card and a fair discount on the new car.
