I called on Tuesday for an appointment to take of a warranty problem that Toyota was paying for. They gave me my requested appointment for Friday. I was leaving for a trip Friday afternoon and needed the truck fixed. They said it would be done. I dropped the truck late Thursday afternoon. Friday morning Carl called at 10AM to say it was ready. It was a 4-5 hour job: turns out they started it right after I dropped it. Extremely happy with the whole experience! More
