Customer service in the service department was horrible. We bought our Avalon in Pa. in 2017 with an extended warranty thru Toyota. In my case I took a former vehicle in for warranty service and then months later started receiving collections calls by the third party miracle contracted for it. The service managers told me they'd take care of it and then months later the calls started again. They admitted to filing paperwork incorrectly but refuse to do anything about it. I wouldnt even accept a free car from them if it would involve having to deal with them again. More

The salesman, Francisco, and account manager, Dustin, were so kind and answered every question I had and explained everything. The GSM, Fahad, took the time to explain everything to me as well and was very pleasant and patient and was there the whole time to make sure that i was happy and taken care of. I love their tradition of ringing the bell once you purchase the car. It really made my first experience of buying a car so memorable. I’ve recommended them to everyone i know and can’t wait to return there in the future!! More
