I have the luxury to be able to deal with the same Sales Representative as the one I deal with has been with Bob Richards for 8 years. When I first went in I told them I wanted to look around and kick some tires. They left me alone but were there if I needed anything. The deals are fair for sure. Not stacked against me or stacked against the dealership. I do all of the service on my vehicles myself and use Nissan parts. If you order on line (parts) filters and such to be picked up at the dealership they even give you a little discount. I am retired and have purchased many vehicles over my life and this is one of the smoothest dealerships I have been to.
