I had some awesome espresso while I waited and the checkout process was painless as we have a pre-paid maintenance program. She did not try and sell me anything I didn't need. The car was washed and vacuumed (front seat only). If I could change anything I would hope for a little better experience with the wash and vacuum. I don't want a full detail but who wants a car with only the front seat vacuumed and the windshield only cleaned by a touchless carwash. I guess I should be thankful they do as much as they do for the price. That is my only complaint. Nothing but praise everywhere else, in all departments. We have purchased 3 Nissans in the past from Bob Richards. Drew is a great guy that goes above and beyond to make me feel like I got a great deal. Sure we negotiate back and forth but that is part of "the dance". Reuben is a great salesman and I go and chat with them every time I bring a car in for service. It's great to get to know the people I am doing business with. I would highly suggest Reuben for your sales experience. As long as we continue to have a great experience we won't go anywhere else. More

In spite of having some problems with the air conditioner (was not coo I purchased a used 2016 Honda civic from Bob Richards Nissan about a month ago. In spite of having some problems with the air conditioner (was not cooling properly) and the sale person was made aware of this problem, even before I purchased the automobile, there has not been even a follow up phone call as to see how my air conditioner problem was, or even if it was solved. Sales person told me to "take the car to the Honda dealership and to LET him know how I come out with this problem". Seems that sales are more important than the satisfaction of the customer. Fortunately, the air conditioner (compressor) was covered by the Honda 36,000 mile warranty. If not, I would've had to cough up some big bucks for repairs. Whatever happened to service AFTER the sale? I love the car, but would not recommend nor purchase another vehicle from this dealership! More
