I would highly recommend Bob Richards to anyone in the market for a new car. They not only have exceptional inventory but a wonderful staff as well. Following a computer glitch that resulted in quoting me a price that was incorrect, the staff did back flips to find a way to make the situation work for me. Words could not describe the experience I had at! Not sure where to start but I had been to almost every dealer in the Augusta area...Kia of Augusta, Dyer Kia, Gerald Jones Mazda, Milton Ruben and eve Not sure where to start but I had been to almost every dealer in the Augusta area...Kia of Augusta, Dyer Kia, Gerald Jones Mazda, Milton Ruben and even a few of the smaller places like United Auto Sales that is just to name a few. Going in to this car buying journey I already knew my credit was not up to par but I am a work in progress and what better way to bring up your credit rating than to finance a vehicle. Now mind you for the last few weeks all you hear on the radio is "credit amnesty" and "we will match your down payment" or "drive away in the car you like" what a joke that was! I said I will try one more place and if no luck then I will go back to renting a vehicle like I had been for the past two years. I rode over to Bob Richard's Nissan with a very negative attitude and broken spirit because of my experiences the past week with the other places I walked right up to a blessing. I arrived and was greeted by a salesperson (Jim Swearingen) I explained I was there to see Elaine Thaxton (who invited me over even after knowing I didn't have a high credit score) unlike the other dealerships(usually they steal each other's clients) he was still friendly and directed me to where I could find Elaine. Elaine (a God's send) shortly greeted me and realized she had several clients there to see her, she offered her coworker to assist if we would like or we were welcomed to wait for her whichever made us comfortable. I opted to wait, when she was able to give me her undivided attention she sat down and said "I cannot promise you anything except that I will do all I can to help you get the car you want and need". That made such a difference to me because at the other lots I was told promise after promise only to have the option of the car they wanted me to have if I had an option at all. Elaine then allowed me to meet Johnny Royal who performed a miracle for me to even meet with the business manager Mingo who was very patient with me and walked me step by step through the paper work and answered all my questions. Elaine checked on me constantly not like most sales people but in a genuine concerned way she brought me water, she helped me relax and even showed me step by step how to operate what is now my new car. I also met with Makese Sheely who explained the extended warranty to me and even matched prices for a policy I had found that was cheaper although not as good as the one he offered me. He knew that matching the price would bring a smile to my face and he did it without hesitation. Just when I thought my journey had come to an end here comes Elaine to walk me out and tell me how good I looked in my new car. She never once asked for referrals like most salespeople do and you know why she knew she didn't have to her dedication and support spoke for itself and if all her clients leave with their hearts smiling just as I did then she will never have to ask for a referral they will come. I could go on and on about my experience but I do want to mention that several other employees congratulated me as I walked out. I will never forget this day and will forever be grateful for the second chance I was given today and will see you when its time to purchase my next car. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! More

Vehicle Service I purchased a used vehicle from Bob Richard's back in November. In December, I noticed a noise coming from the engine. They transported my vehicle there and back to Masters at no cost to me. I couldn't be more thankful for such a great team of individuals to assist me with something that was actually my problem. I came in wanting a 6 cylinder Nissan Maximum, however, after an hour or so with one salesperson (and trust me, it was not a very pleasant experience as I felt like this salesperson was wasting my time by playing games, such as having me drive a 4 cylinder vehicle after I repeatedly told him over and over, I wanted a 6 cylinder engine). He kept mentioning he had another customer coming in from Charleston and had to meet with him when he got there; so I felt like he was rushing us. After a hour or so of looking at several vehicles, some of which I was not even interested in, we decided upon a 6 cylinder Nissan Maximum and as we sat down to discuss the deal, this salesman completely stood up and left in the middle of our conversation as his customer from Charleston had arrived. We were just left sitting there alone in his office, no explanations, whatsoever, as to what time he would be returning, etc. Drew Hill saw our situation and immediately introduced us to Nikki Moore. Nikki was wonderful! I'm so glad we got the opportunity to meet her. Honestly, I was about to leave the dealership and not return; however, she and Drew was so genuinely concerned about our unfortunate experience with the other salesperson they literally "bent over backwards" to assist us. Nikki, accessing, my needs and wants, immediately showed me a Nissan that was not even been shown to me earlier, and I fell in love with the car. I feel she has a sense of what her customers want and need. I just wish I had met her earlier instead of being lead astray by the other salesperson and wasting so much time. We left Bob Richards that night with my 2011 Nissan Maximum SV-5, and it's all to Drew Hill and Nikki Moore's desire to please a customer that I even bought this vehicle from Bob Richards. Highly recommend Bob Richards Nissan The people at Bob Richards Nissan are quite simply amazing! My wife and I live in the Columbia area and there are dozens of dealerships minutes away. The people at Bob Richards Nissan are quite simply amazing! My wife and I live in the Columbia area and there are dozens of dealerships minutes away. But unfortunately most of them make you feel really uncomfortable. They practically chase you around and smother you as youre browsing through the inventory. Like most they see are dollar signs and making money. Not you as a person. The people at Bob Richards are very very different. They make you feel comfortable right away. They earn your trust and become your friends/family. When you visit they make you feel special. Everyone speaks, everyone is checking on you. They make you feel loved! My wife and I drove 45 minutes away on a whim. Just to check on a certain car they had on the lot. Thats when we got to meet Phillp Craig and a few of the others. He was patient with us, never pressured. We ended up buying a car that day because we felt taken care of. We also had a great time getting to know Mingo Dicks one of the finance guys. Both Phillip and Mingo made us feel like family. We really appreciated that! So much so that 2 months later we were back in communication with Phillp about getting another vehicle. Again he put time and effort into doing everything to take good care of us. Even weeks leading up to us going down he kept me informed of all there was to offer. So when we went down, we knew we'd be taken care of. From the managers, to Phillip, to Mingo we felt safe and knew we were in good hands. My wife and I highly recommend Bob Richards Nissan!!
