had an issue, but they took care of it Although they did have the vehicle I wanted, and got a very good price on it, there was an issue with the finance portion. Buying my Nissan Rogue was a great experience I had been pricing Nissan Rogues on a number of websites including cargurus and found just the vehicle I was looking for at Bob Richards. I believe I was first contacted by Rachel who gave me a lot of information on the vehicle. Between her and Wayne I was able to work out a price that worked for my budget and drove out to Beech Island from Bluffton, SC to buy the car. Once at the dealership I was introduced to Phillip who handled the remainder of the deal including trading in my Hyundai Santa Fe. Everything went smoothly and after working out the financing with Markese Sheely, I was on my way home. I have contacted Phillip a few times to ask questions and he quickly got the answers for me.
