Had it not been for James, we wouldn't have bought a car. My old car passed away and I was very upset and not wanting a new car, but we needed one and James was patient and kind. New car experience We wanted/needed a new car. We already had a Pathfinder and had owned sever other Nissan products and even a Datsun. Our 2013 Pathfinder was bought at We wanted/needed a new car. We already had a Pathfinder and had owned sever other Nissan products and even a Datsun. Our 2013 Pathfinder was bought at Sunbelt Nissan. The sales there was okay, much slower process however. But the service department at Sunbelt was RUDE and made mistakes like leaving the cap off at oil change, etc. We bought a 2015 Pathfinder, our sales person was Reuben Wilson (knowledgeable, personable and efficient), the financial staff was also great. We are counting the whole experience as beyond our expectation. More

He gave me a brief rundown of what the service technician would do, and told me he would contact me when they found the solution to my concern. He called me later that afternoon to explain what was found: what was needed to be done; and how much the repair would cost. He called me when they vehicle was ready. No surprises. No "hidden" charges. Just good, honest service. More
