Keep in mind we were dealing with these salespeople face to face and they were either misleading when we arrived on their lot about a vehicle or they were completely unprofessional with there reactions to questions and concerns about diffrent vehicles we looked at. NOW THE GOOD : My wife was looking online and saw several diffrent lots that had what she was wanting. We called several but they answered saying you just gotta come to our lot and look at the vehicle. The first call to Bob Richards I first spoke to Phillip Craig. Phillip answered all questions concerning the vehicle. Phillip immediately put me at rest if I was dealing with and honesty salesperson and not only that on a professional level but Phillip's personal integrity also was very evident. Phillip was aware that it was nearly a two hr drive for us. Phillip went looked over the vehicle and took pictures with hic phone and sent them to me of any flaw or concern with the vehicle. He said he didn't want us to drive that far and find any flaws that could possibly be a deterrent for us. There was one small issue we spoke with Phillip and the cosmetic blemish was taken care of beyond all expectations. We set a date to come in person and we're hit in our area with a winter storm making travel from our home very dangerous. I kept updating Phillip and we finally were able to make the trip. Phillip was not only a pleasure for us to do business with he is also a blessing for us to have met. Phillip Craig is not the dime a dozen salesman. He is a truly upfront, honest and sincere man that has made the car buying pleasurable as his career. More
