Third Nissan in a Row....First from Bob Richards I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rouge on March 10, 2016 from Bob Richards in Beech Island. I came in contact with about 5 employees and all of the interact I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rouge on March 10, 2016 from Bob Richards in Beech Island. I came in contact with about 5 employees and all of the interaction was positive. The purpose of my visit to Bob Richards was to order a small part from the Parts Desk for an older Nissan Maxima. After I ordered the part (Brent Gosneigh), and as I was leaving, I paused and looked at a Murano parked outside the front entrance door. As I was looking at this vehicle, Jim Swearingen walked up and greeted me. After exchanging greetings, we started a conversation which resulted in driving away with a 2016 Rouge less than 2 hours later. Jim was very pleasant to deal with, exerted no pressure, and I would certainly recommend him to anyone considering the purchase of a vehicle. While I am sure this was a good sale for Bob Richards, as the customer, I felt it was a good purchase as well. I would give a positive statement to the guy who dealt with me in Finance except I can't remember his name, but he was very pleasant to deal with as well. All in all, it was a very positive experience for me. I was buying the Rouge for my wife, and I found out later she had test driven the exact vehicle I purchased a couple of weeks earlier. Now that's good karma! More
