I would recommend both to any new customers. In addition, once I got home, I had a problem with the key fob. I stopped by Bob Richard's Nissan after work and the service department helped me out immediately, no waiting. Took less than five minutes for the technician to show me what I was doing wrong. Best part is, the technician didn't even make fun of me for not reading the manual. Point being everyone there is friendly and helpful. Great crew! More

What did I do that was so wrong? Let me start by saying that my salesperson Scotty was great yesterday. Today when I went back to purchase my car, he was off work. The staff that I dealt with made me feel as if I were just in their way. Didn't feel like anyone cared at all. I made the purchase and as soon as I did, I was chop liver. No one showed me all the ins and out of the car, no one asked if I had any questions, and then couldn't really answer the few questions I had. Left the dealership, then realized no one even put a tag on the car. Had to go back and ask for one. Thanks for making me and my money feel unimportant, and on my birthday at that. More
