Best Car Buying Experience After going to numerous local car dealerships and spending hours at each one, my husband and I were about to give up. Nowhere else could get us the ve After going to numerous local car dealerships and spending hours at each one, my husband and I were about to give up. Nowhere else could get us the vehicle with all the features we wanted for the monthly payment we wanted. On one last attempt, we called Bob Richards Nissan (100 miles away). I spoke with Johnny Royal at 7 PM on Friday night, by 7:30 he had me promised into the vehicle of my choice with my payment where I needed. I went there on Saturday (today) & arrived at 3 PM. My salesperson was Mrs. Elaine Thaxton, who was extremely professional and helpful. She had the vehicle ready, filled up with gas, and had the temporary tag already on the vehicle. We then spoke with Markese in financing who was extremely helpful with selecting extra coverage without being pushy. The vehicle's monthly payment was actually a couple dollars less than what was said on Friday. We were out of there by 4:15 PM. NOT EVEN AN HOUR AND A HALF!! They will be getting our business again. I strongly recommend!!! More
