Jim has always treated me with kindness and respect and he actually listens to what I say. He has always done what it takes to make me happy with my purchase. I loved each of my Rogue's and I thank Jim for paying attention and remembering what I like. It is a rare person that actually remembers what you do and don't like in a car. I believe that is because Jim really listens. He doesn't appear to be nervous when I take test drives. He also has a sense of humor and the ability to talk about other things and never is pushy.
