Little frustrating. Overall pleased. My salesperson Morgan was very nice to deal with. She assisted me at Bob Richards Toyota. The only issue I had which made the deal frustrating was the My salesperson Morgan was very nice to deal with. She assisted me at Bob Richards Toyota. The only issue I had which made the deal frustrating was the fact that i had agreed on a deal, was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted, and then let down with some devastating news about a leasing rule. Apparently you cannot lease a vehicle with over 500 miles. It would have been nice to know that instead of building my hopes up just to have the whole deal fall out from under me. Morgan and the other staff did work hard to find me an almost exact vehicle elsewhere. Overall it was a roller coaster of emotions, but I'm pleased with the result. More
